So Ross Barkley scores another great goal tonight, but couldn't get a start under warlock!? Pure genius that bloke was!

You can't say anything bout warnock as a manager because he's record speaks for himself I just dnt think he was bothered if we went up or down where with other teams he wanted them to go up

I'd personally have o'leary back like a shot! Great coach and good with the kids as he proved.
But if we're talking a director of football, there's only one man is have and that's sgt wilko! We still benefit from the academy he created all those years ago, and he should have been given that type of job rather than being unceremoniously dumped all those years ago.

How the hell can anyone in their right mind ask for bmcd's head?
He's building the club for the future from the bottom up just like wilko did.
This may not be the season we go up, but next season we will be contenders. But a relegation scrap? Never.
Both the board and the manager have been open about the fact that this is a 2 to 3 year plan: this should help manage our expectations!
I'd rather this than the sh1t or bust approach we've had in the past!
Some people just need to get a grip!

Absolutely right, we are in this all together!
And Andy, mate, I feel for you paying all that to go and see that dross on Saturday! So yeah, you're defo in a position to feel aggrieved and vent it! As are all of us.
The only point I keep making is that the dross from ridsdale, bates et al is never going to be eradicated overnight, and realistically we're looking to next season at best.

Personally, I think the request for patience from a lot, including me, is about seeing the bigger picture, rather than just an instant impact, and immediate turnaround.
Don't get me wrong, we all want that miraculous immediate turnaround, but at last, we are once again building an infrastructure which can deliver long term stability.
Remember when bates came in? 60% of the academy set up was axed! All the hard work that sgt wilko set up, delivering our most successful era since the don, undone almost over night. Loads of our shadow and academy youngsters went to man citeh, the dog botherers and others as a result.
All I'm saying is, that as fans, when we're told that there's a medium term plan, I.e 2-3 years, we have to understand, and then maybe the time to ask serious questions is this time next season, when we've cleared the decks and the so called rebuild, new team is in place.
Just my thoughts of course!

Why do we think we should be getting promoted this year?
The board and management have said since they came in, that this was a 2-3 year plan.
We can't get rid of the dross because warlock "the crook", as Jason puncheon has labelled him, put them all on contracts that would ensure he got kick backs for putting them in the squad.
Hence 2-3 years, because realistically, we can't rebuild properly until the "un-ditchables" have gone.
We need to show a little more patience, and know that next year will be different.

As the eternal optimist, I reckon we'll get a result on Saturday! And shoot me down with a spud gun if we don't! I'd rather be optimistic than fickle and pessimistic, changing my mind about players and management week in, week out!
What is the optimism based on?
1 - it surely can't be worse than Saturday!?
2 - I bet there's been a few rockets up arses over the last 48hrs, and there will be changes, both in personnel and attitude.
Ok, Leicester have proved they're a good side, with heavy investment in recent years ( and no promotion, I'd add), and " a result" from our pov might be a battling draw, but I'll take that on the back of recent weeks!
On and up. And please, let's get back to MOT!
