Look it is not difficult in fixing this mess, 3-4-3 is rubbish, all the top teams play 4-4-2, our problem is that none of our players can play 3 at the back, the midfield of 4 don't know whether to drop back or go forward, let's stop messing about here and go 4-4-2, let's start at the back and bloody defend.
OK BMD as tried the system and our players are simply not able to adapt to something out of their comfort zone, it is not easy to play differently to what you have always done in your career.
I remember when Ferdinand first joined us, his first game was 3 at the back at Leicester and we got beat 4-0, even he then and now could not adapt.
I same let's all not panic we have tried something and it didn't work, I am convinced we will turn this round if we go to 4-4-2. Kevin Leeds 51 years

And yet, when he first tried this formation, he was the messiah? Turned things around, finally find how to make this bunch work together? Everybody is a football genius when they're only seeing the team for 90 mins a week. Mac will get it right!
