MC says Ross wanted to walk away and was sold to Cardiff in January for £2mill but MC blocked the move.
He said he didn't want to sell him as he was our best player but Ross was making excuses about his wife/kids etc. He wouldn't go on the trip to Italy stating he was feeling sick, so MC told clubs ok you can buy him let's see your £10mill.
MC says it WAS NOT in the budget for leeds to sell Ross but believed his attitude was wrong and his head wanted to go, MC eventually sold him to Fullham for £10.75mill but would have been happier had Ross gone to a premiership club.

Cellino is doing a great job in my opinion so far. if Bates or GFH were in charge when Ross was sold he'd have gone for peanuts and we'd have been bent over yet again
