Ive been called MCs biggeest fan a few weeks ago
(no grudges held) well feel FREE to dissagree/agree as I would like EVERYONES opinion but let me have my 5 minute rant before the season starts please.

I was dubious when MC was first rumoured to be buying our club, I had a few moans and groans and I even changed my mind several times. After a few beers with the lads I took a LONG WALK home, nearly 2 hours contemplating what was going to happen to my/our beloved club even though what I thought WASNT going to change anything. It was that night (merry not pi****d) that I decided can it possibly be any worse than what we have now? I mean come on GFH/BATES flirting with admin, lying to us, promising players, telling us we have money to spend but ALL ALONG we were being lied to and worst of all they were EXTRACTING money for themselves.

I might be wrong it might all go pear-shaped but I personally think MC is a breath of fresh air, if he succeeds or fails i'm enjoying the change at OUR beloved club.

As I write i'm hearing MC has just stated that he hopes to sign another centre-back and another STRIKER before the transfer window closes.

MOANERS in 16 weeks this is what MC has done for you!

You said our centre-halfs were poor (MC got rid of 2)
You wanted another striker (MC sorting)
You wanted the dead wood out (MC sorting)
You wanted BMD out (MC sorted)
You wanted ER bought (MC sorting)
You wanted us debt free (MC sorted)
You wanted new players (MC sorting)

Im sure he's done plenty more but off the top of my head I can't think I need a beer ;)

MC seems to be keeping his promises now all that's required is ALL THE MOANERS keep yours!

I completely disagree with you. I am MC's greatest supporter, not you. The man is a dynamo. He has done so much for our club in such a short space of time. Eight new signings, most young and hungry. Proper loan signings with options to buy. Ground repurchase negotiations started. Proper money for a player who wanted to go.
I am so excited about the new season that when I went to visit a client today in Leeds I ended up driving to the ground by mistake! Roll on Saturday.

Jeez guy what the hell you on and I KNOW you weren't just merry lol, those guys that have constantly bitched at you, since March just aren't concerned about LEEDS cause if they did they would see what good is being done by all connected with LEEDS MC and staff and 95% of our fans are of course are in a positive place as regards LEEDS.because they can sense MC and his team are placing the foundations to make LEEDS .UNITED ONCE again and when that happens the rest of the football league will start to take note LEEDS united Are united again and that makes us a very dangerous animal indeed to all! the ER fortress will again become just THAT. we are awakening from our deep slumber.
And those BLOODY MOANING, WHINGING GITS, BETTER HOLD ON TIGHT, or they will get left behind

Great post Andy, full agree! There will inevitably be some tough times ahead but as you say, it cannot be any worse. Personally I am enjoying the ride for a change.

Very much on your wavelength. At first, very sceptical of MC. Gradually, he has been winning me over with his Yorkshire style - saying it how it is.

No idea how the new team will perform this season, but for me, this is the most excited I have been for many a year.

It may be a roller coaster ride this season, but I quite enjoy roller coasters!

Bring it on and let's get behind our beloved LUFC.

Andy and Norman, I have to disagree, I am MC's biggest fan, I am going to have his babies, just got to get a box for the fetus to gestate. Lovin the positive vibes, with the press et al it seems a bit of a siege mentality for we the believers sometimes. Its going to be a hell of a ride but I really believe we are on our way to the promised land x
