So what do we want :

NR to be given a chance or a new man in so that he has international break to get to grips with the squad? I think NR should be given a chance! It wasn't all pretty today but the selection and formation was better.
Thoughts?

As much as I like Redfearn, I don't think he's frontman material. Would like to see him step into the role as assistant behind a strong leader, but don't think he can sustain the team long term. Don't misread this, I like Redfearn and his willingness to step up as caretaker for the third time shows some bottle and commitment, just don't think he's what we need.

I don't want to lose him, and as soon as he takes that job. its a situation where if it doesn't work out, our academy has lost one of the best coaches its had, and Leeds lose another legend

Redders loves Leeds United and loves his role at the Academy, why would he want to take on the head coach role and risk being sacked if it doesn't work out.(mind you, I wouldn't be in Cellino's shoes if he tried to sack Redders, fans would soon be on his back)

So hard isn't it. strong arguements for both I guess. for is that we got the win today, by all accounts there was much apporvment in the basics. That said give the man who will have the job a chance to get feet under table and implement ideas. I am torn to be honest think redders deserves a chance and todays win would back that up, this said steve clarke in by monday would make me happy. guess be happy either way? makes us sleep easier at night

Steve clarke working with kevin keen and redders as his joint assistant coaches would be my choice

Hang on people, only a couple seasons back, night match at Brum and the chant was You don't know what your doing. Nothing against him but he is not a first team coach/manager let him do what he does.
