Our once great football club is a joke. The
owner is a clown, even though he's ploughed a lot of money into the club, he under-estimated the strength of the Championship and brought in too many inexperienced players.
Redders is a nice guy but way out of his depth. We won't get anywhere near the Premier League with him in charge no matter which players are at the club.
He is tactically unaware, blinded by his belief in the academy players and clueless on substitutions.
My hope for next season is for new owners who do things within the law, for a manager with experience who is allowed to manage and a good squad of players.
The best assets the club have are the loyal fans and we deserve much more than we are getting. At the moment we have chaos from the owner down. Changes need to be made. I'd love to hear what you all think. MOT Speedo4eva.

Redfearn isn't 'way out of his depth' he needs serious help and support from the guy who is supposed to want Leeds to return to greatness?

I don't like saying it but it is Celino who is way out of his depth thinking he could take over and rebuild our great club?

Leeds have played better under Redfearn (admittedly only at times) than under any other manager in the past 2-3 years?

He has youth players coming through that want to wear the shirt and play for Leeds, and then he has had to endure people like Salerno who has no idea whatsoever what Leeds United are about?

None of this bodes well for next season, Celino seems to have already pulled the plug.

This latest 'walkout' is nothing more than that - a walkout by those players who shouldn't be here and now know they won't be here in a month's time?

Redfearn hasn't lost the layers (yet) he is sticking wit the guys he has brought through and they are sticking by him?

Don't think it will happen but I'd rather Redfearn was around at the start of next season than Celino?

I just hope Redfearn will not play any of those six players gain while he is allowed to stay in charge, they do not deserve the priviledge of pulling on the shirt ever again.

Agree with most of that but do not think the players are inexperienced just not used properly. Wasted over half the season on a diamond that no one knew how to play, not even the coaches. Then when we get a system that's half decent all the foreign players disappeared. A lot of the players have not even had a full game so how can we say they are not good enough. I think Redfearn has found it hard to deal with the older players so has opted for young ones and the needy. Ngoyi should have played today, to test his leg if nothing else. Disappointed today with team selection and use of subs. We are no wiser now than we were in August what the players capabilities are. Only Ant and Bamba in favour. Berardi only in because Taylor playing upfield. Past three months been wasted really and before anyone points out we moved up the table and went unbeaten for so long, how lucky were we. We should have got hammered in 4 of those games.

Very tricky this- Redders, although inexperienced in his role has fought manfully all season in very difficult circumstances. The latest losing his right hand man and not having the opportunity to discuss with the board must be frustrating. Cellino has spent most of the season with lawyers looking for loopholes etc and not been able to concentrate on learning about the ECL. This is possibly his own fault or at best nativity but it's something which is deeply unsettling.
Redferns main problem is lack of wingers of natural ability, I think Pringle at Rotherham would have been good, cheap option and selling Smith was an atrocious decision, he was ok at this level. We have no plan B or C. Our young midfielders don't seem to be able to convert possession and skill to being able to creativity in the final third or even maintaining possession in that area which makes us suspect to counter attacks- it's all so disjointed. We should be able to use plan A,B and C in every game, even if winning handsomely- it's good to practice all options. At present its keep plugging away at the only game we know.
I think we need to give Redders more control for 6 months then make a decision- you can't make a steak pie if you only got chicken!
