Bit desperate of the lad- needs a new agent i'd say - who can use a telephone to warnocks mobile
Agree1

No it would be a retro step, he left willingly, and I am sure he doesn't want back - prove otherwise?
Agree0
Disagree1
Well if he wants to come back then i hope this happens and soon
Agree0
Disagree0
Didn't he leave to be closer to his younger sister who he basically fathered since their parents died at a younger age. I'd say he was justified in wanting to leave. Wouldn't say no if he wanted to come back
Agree0

Max gradel would tare this division apart 15+ goals left for family reasons unlike johnson ,snodgrass "supposed" life long"leeds fan howson and would be welcomed back with open arms , if i had a choice between beckford or gradel
gradel wins hands down

People saying there is a 2nd bid and GFH are not connected are wrong. David Haigh was at the match yesterday. Also there was a top exec called Hishram Al Rayes - a high up figure at GFH, also a board member of the Bank of Bahrain. It's all adding up folks

Diouf, becchio, gradel, mccormack, beckford and throw boyd in there, now theres a team with an impact
Agree0

Lets be fair about it i would love to see beckford and gradel back at leeds but we have to remember gradel demanded we allow him to move back to his spiritual home on deadline day night and beckford refused to sign a new contract and also put in a transfer request before withdrawing it though i would have them both back in a heartbeat here is hoping

Gradel made his bed away from ER so he'll just have to sleep in it...I'm fed up with ex players wanting to return...well we don't want you!

1st October will be the official date the new owners take over. It could however be announced before that.

Hisham Al Reyes and co. attended the game on Saturday and were hopeful to announce a deal before the Forrest game. But even if they did announce it before then, they wont officially take charge until October 1st.

Of course it COULD be announced before.....
....it COULD also be announced afterwards, too, or maybe even not at all......
It may just be Bate's having a laugh, with a few mates he's invited over for a jolly, but lets hope not.

David Haigh after the match yesterday - "Great City, The Best Club, Great Match...and the best fans...."
Followed this morning by "Off to lots of meetings now. Thanks for all the messages. " It would appear he's in London today. With Bates saying the consortium hiring Lawyers in London one has to hope these meetings are the final pieces to the deal taking place.
