Adam Pearson wants the job of CEO for Massimo.
I know Adam and think he is right for the job.
Bit of a tough cookie and been a good guy in the past.
Just not sure how he can be owner of Hull rugby league and Chief Exec at Leeds Utd.
By the way is anyone going to Perp with the Rhinos?

Can't see his Hull responsibility affecting the role at Leeds as long as he devotes all his working day to Leeds.

Love it when nobody believes the truth.
It just shows how little people know.
Big game at Brighton for the mighty Whites.

I don't usually post on matters that I know nothing about, hence no rumours from me but, if Pearson is a "good" influence at Hull RLFC and, he has dealings with Sports Capital (a company set up with the aim to unearth future footballing stars) then what's the problem?
Survivor keep posting; please :-)

Nine more players out of the door very soon.

And then what, bring 9 in on loan?, I hope not nbless they're all amazing anyway haha, squads pretty thin though such a big change may unsettle the tram?

Good about time we cleared out the dead wood! No more loans and players who can't get into their own teams please. MOT

Just hope we are going to replace them with something. Better

And who are they then?

Varney, Green, Diouf, Ashdown, Drury, Brown, Pugh, Cairns, Thompson are all out of contract some could get a new one particularly Cairns, Thompson and Ashdown
Tonge and Norris one year left but likely to leave
Definately going to be a busy summer
Can't think of more but sure their are
Agree1

I agree we should clear the deadwood, but 9 would be excessive. 4-5 maybe: Tonge, Diouf, Norris, Drury and Brown.
Agree1
Disagree1
Don't think we can have 9 loan players?! Think max is 5 and as we have 2 already we could bring in another 3. At this stage think we should let Drury, Pugh, Norris, Diouf, Thompson and Cairns go out on loan. Then get in goal keeper who might actually play to replace Cairns along with a striker and an attacking midfielder.
Agree1
Disagree0
Brown won't go. Out of contract in summer, and wants to stay an coach. Plus if green Norris an some others go he can still cover! ESP in games we need to close off!
Agree1
Disagree0
Forgot about Pugh, yeah he should go, but with Ashdown injured, we should keep hold of Cairns. Thompson IMO, should have his contract terminated, think he's 21/22 now, (not sure) and he still hasn't broken into the team, to put it bluntly, I don't think he's good enough. Ps would love him to prove me wrong.

Id shift 9 out and start again. 7 permanent players in, keep the squad smaller and tighter. We need some flair from overseas, said that for three seasons now.
Agree1
Disagree0
I don't think Thompson's ooc, didn't he sign one last year? He'll probably go out on loan, but imo he should leave in the summer, not good enough. I can see Ashdown, Peltier, N
Agree0
Disagree1
The 9 to leave, imo, would be: Ashdown, Peltier, Norris, Tonge, Drury, Pugh, Thompson, Diouf, Poleon.
Agree0
Disagree1
People who are saying let Ashdown go, don't because when he's back from injury he should be straight back in the first team. So much better than Kenny!
Agree0
Disagree0
Ashdown is in no way better than kenny.and whoever said poleon to leave is a dumb as he's 1 of the best young st in this league and has a very bright future with leeds and also peltier has been very good for us so he won't go the rest yeah probs.
Agree0
Disagree0
Ashdown is a really good keeper, and could easily challenge Kenny for the first team position.
Agree0
Disagree0
In my opinion we would be silly to let Brown and Pugh go out on leave. I'm not saying they are first choice, but they can cover injuries and suspensions. Yeah, come the end of the season let all the players that have been listed go. I would even throw in Austin. He's done OK the last couple of games, but we can get better. Mowatt should come good, although he appears to have hit a sticky patch of late.

poleon is not 1 of the best young st in league . he needs to be sent out on loan . he should of been sent out ages ago . he might become good but he's the same as white all pace and nowt else

i think he means most of there off over the summer . I think if we bring in some decent loans around end of this month we might be promoted and there could be more out of the door in the summer . probably only keep .
most would be subs or reserves
kenny as sub gk
byram
lees
pearce
warnock
wooton?
white? prem might suit him better
kebe
stewart
murphy
austin
mowatt
mccormack
smith
i think poleon, dawson, lenighan, Ariyibi will be sent on loan

Why would we get rid of Brown at the moment? He's been pretty consistent this season, and love him or hate him, he's earned his place in the current squad.
Getting rid of any first team regulars at the moment would be completely pointless being that the transfer window has shut and the best we can hop for is some uncommitted loan players.
Agree0
Disagree0
I would have Kenny gone in a heartbeat
Ashdown is a much better keeper
Agree0
Disagree0
Don't really see the point in keeping Ashdown tbh. We've got Cairns on the bench and then young Eric Grimes in the Dev. Squad, who's highly promising by the sounds of things. It just seems like a waste of wages to keep him on and he's probably on over £5k a week, as he came from Portsmouth, whose wage bill was crazy.
Agree0

Keep White -he will replace the three over-30s we currently have blocking his way at left back, and will come into his own before long. Austin has a strictly limited shelf life in my opinion -he is already struggling technically and positionally at this level. I think most people fundamentally agree which current first teamers have a long term future here: Byram, Lees, Pearce, Mowatt, McCormack are the core in my view, with the likes of White, Murphy & Dawson having a really good chance to stake a claim to be a big part in our future. Without sounding harsh, all the rest will fade away in time as we (hopefully) improve. Chapel A

More chance of Taylor getting a looking then White IMO
come the summer, I reckon we could well see 15 plus leave
Ashdown, Cairns, White, Drury, Pugh, Thompson, Green, Brown, Norris, Turner, Turner, Tonge, Diouf, Varney and Morrison
Agree0

Had forgotten about Taylor -I'd love to see him break through too, as he looked classy when he was given a couple of games some time back. Agree with the last poster re all the other departures (though I will continue to stick up for Whitey, even if no one else will!). Chapel A

Lol how can anyone think ashdown is better than kenny? without kenny this season we would prob be bottom 3 easily. ashdown is ok but definitely not fit to get the nod ahead of kenny and that's proved my kenny always playing ahead of ashdown. I think a pro manager would know more about quality than anyone else
Agree0

Love the White backers. Sorry but it shows what you know about football. Can't get in a very poor Leeds team, we struggle to off load him, we off load him to Sheffield U(bottom 4 in div 1)they send him back(got a knock, but never came back for him)I can see him been at Farsley in 2 year? When you talk about 9 to go he'll def be 1. And before somebody says he's not had a chance? Played in 3 pre seasons, subbed in all 3, was poor. My 9 would be headed by Hunt, he's deceiving, he's worse than he looks! And BM chased him all pre season.says it all.

Just been chatting to an old mate.
Former keeper Mark Beeney now keeper coach at Chelsea.
His son Mitchell has played under 19's for England and last week signed a five year contract for them.
Mark has told me he would love to see Mitchell on loan to Leeds next year and just said he would drive him here himself.
I know he's young but he's very good and Leeds born and bred.

100percent agree why would a young talented lad born in leeds want to fulfill his footballing career elsewhere come to that why would the club. bring the young lad back to leeds everyone's a winner.

We do need a new young keeper, he d learn quite a lot from Kenny too.
Me and my dad were both impressed by Yeovil's keeper the other day. can't see why he got blamed for their defeat. Made a great save from Ross and Austin second half. Was unlucky with the wind element

Sam Slocombe (Scunthorpe) is ooc in the summer, he'd be a good signing. Definitely better than most Championship GKs and easily the best in leagues 1/2. McD is rumoured to be keen.
