Well that was gut wrenching. Clear foul play on behalf of Swansea, hope the proper authorities will be looking in at this.
I have to say though, I am now a tad worried. I have no doubt in bielsa or what he has done with this incredibly thin squad, but now was the time to really show our intentions. Yes we missed out on James, but where were the rest of the transfers? It is the time to send a strong message to the league, and in my opinion we failed miserably. You only have to look at the teams around us, and the work they have done in this window. Incredible. Some strong strong players coming in, experienced, that will solidify a promotion push for their said team. We have Brought in an incredible keeper, great work on that front, and a 17 year old 'wonderkid' from the polish 2nd division. I'm sorry, but our squad is too thin, has been all season, but we have Survived thus far. I really fear the burn out is round the corner. Hernandez has been well off it, roofe is a great worker, but once he's been found out, finds it hard to get into the game, and we have no striker on the bench to change things up. Yes we have Bamford, but when? Same with izzy brown. When will we see this potential game changer? Saiz and Baker left along time ago, why were they not replaced sooner?
Sounds like a huge rant, but it's not. Incredible season, so far, and so proud of the lads, but this transfer window was simply not good enough, and I truly hope it doesn't cost us!

We underspent mate. We def should have had to more additions. All will be forgiven if we make it but if we don’t it will be the poor window and burn out that will be the cause.
