Hi all,
Putting aside the feeling of déjà vu with last season's release clauses and the disappointment of losing another one of our best players, who would we like to see come in (if by some miracle we can get anything over the line) .
Apart from being jealous of some of Sheffield utds signings, it would be good if we could bring back Jack Clarke. I'm still undecided on Szmodics and Rowe. I liked the look of Chair from QPR, but not sure if he would be available.
I do feel we need another striker, at least one winger (2 if lose gnonto) , possibly a playmaker (although hoping Aaronson comes good if that role) , a LB and a keeper. Who would you like?

Hi, hoping to take the kids to their first game at elland road. What's it like trying to get tickets for friendlies? How do the ticket prices compare to league games or does it depend on who we playing? Thanks.

Hi Mighty, they have just announced the home friendly v Valencia on the 3rd of August. They typically charge £10 for these games, with kids either half price or free.
Just for info, I am a member and have been since they were a "thing" and with that comes priority to buy tickets, typically at least 24 hours before general sale. I have never failed to get a ticket. Even when I have forgot to buy during the priority window, I have still managed to buy one. When I have been really late, I have entered the ballot and again, never failed to get a ticket? Tickets are always available imo, even when we were in the Prem.

I don't know about anyone else, but all these Ayling videos on the official site are breaking me. I'm not even an emotional person, but will be really sad to see him go.

Ayling deserves a good send off but it is perhaps becoming overdone now
How about these new owners and their PR media teams prove they are actually cut above prevous owners and commission a statue of an ultimate Leeds United Legend who really achieved great success for our club
The LUFC Legend that is Mr Howard Wilkinson

It's a shame it wasn't an obligation to buy. I remember roma trying to negotiate the fee at the end of the loan even though he's had a good season for them. Hopefully though, this means we can get a decent RB in now.

Really don't get this transfer and for this value. I know I haven't seen him play for a while, but when I saw him in the premier league, he had Antonio in his pocket. I think he also did well when on loan at Millwall. Appreciate we have a few options in front of him, but would like to see us keep him and hopefully give some game time this session.

Another one for the future that it's not worked out for. I'm sure he was meant to be the next VVD when we signed him from Celtic. Hopefully we put a some add ons and sell on fee in the transfer.

Is it me or does he look better at right back? Apart from the Chelsea game, felt like he has gone missing or not being involved much when in midfield. He just looks so confident on the ball, and apart from one mistake, his positioning was amazing. Really hope we manage to keep him.

Yea we just looked clueless today and have no ideas on how to break down a team. At the other end, Southampton were cutting through us way to easy. I was hoping we didn't get Norwich, as getting Derby deja vu vibes so hoping that doesn't happen again. If by some miracle we regain our old form and make it past Norwich, we'll meet a team in the final that we haven't beat this season ?♂️. Hopefully that works in our favour ?.

Don't get me wrong, I do think Farke has done a good job and I want to keep him next season. But does anyone else get bored of the constant references to tiredness, two many games in a week or being a young team? They're professional footballers so should be able to play at the weekend and midweek. Yes we have done young players, but these are also either international players or ones worth some money or we've paid a lot of money for. With the squad that we have on paper, we should have been promoted this season. Yes we had a poor start/ loan saga, but we had plenty of games after this where we're dropped points. The most recent being the last two home games and qpr, but there were plenty of games before that. I'm still hoping for a miracle this weekend so we go up automatically. If not that we go up via the playoffs. It we do, I think we will definitely need to strengthen in the summer. If we don't win play offs, we may lose some players, but based on some performances recently, I'm not fussed if they decide to leave. Does anyone know what the situation is with the loan players who left us? Are they allowed to go out on loan again or are we able to sell?

Not sure what has happened with Piroe, but reminds me of the NBA players who lost their skills in the original space jam. Everytime he gets the ball, he loses it or doesn't know what to do.
