YEP and Graham Smith saying 49ers have no plans to sack Farke.
Some insiders claim 49ers are supporting and sticking with Farke.
1.) 10 Nov 2025 15:14:06
Stick with DF save money get relegated makes perfect sense.
2.) 10 Nov 2025 17:04:29
Don't agree OB, 9'ers hardly envisage a Champo quality investment
For all zee bullshe-ite Parrag spouts, a Champo grade outfit doesn't suit that.
3.) 10 Nov 2025 17:46:53
I've seen some idiots say it's best to get relegated with Farke so he can bring us straight back up again ?
Men with the minds of children.
4.) 11 Nov 2025 00:14:01
It was a joke.
5.) 11 Nov 2025 09:26:54
Bri, I know you were joking, but I have seen suggestions that were serious.
6.) 11 Nov 2025 11:08:49
i can genuinely see that being in the monds of the 49ers joke or not. i don't think they are too fazed by relegation should it happen but would be looking to bounce back and we have a proven promotion specialist already.
26 Aug 2025 17:58:38
That's a very unbelievable rumour that should probably be ignored that Piroe will be leaving for a few north of £30 million.
Source: some twitter nobody.
1.) 26 Aug 2025 19:01:39
Hope so.
2.) 27 Aug 2025 10:07:38
No chance, think the club would snap their hand off for £10-15m at the minute.
12 Aug 2025 23:16:52
Rumours are that Rama is going to Rangers.
1.) 13 Aug 2025 02:28:25
Then we would need two wingers and atm incapable of getting one. Unless solo is coming back. How much for ram?
2.) 13 Aug 2025 05:05:54
I think it's going to cost somewhere between relegation and farke's job.
3.) 13 Aug 2025 06:36:13
I can only see this happen if we have a replacement coming in. We are waiting on the same for schmidt and would likely be the same for Rama.
4.) 13 Aug 2025 08:22:47
That would make absolutely no sense, particularly so close to the end of the window, unless we had 2 better incoming wingers nailed on.
5.) 13 Aug 2025 09:03:32
Auzzieinch
We let Joseph, Bamford, crew and geldhardt go with no replacement and apparently, jack Harrison is the upgrade on Ramazani. Ramazani who has the best goal contributions:minutes in the champo last season.
6.) 13 Aug 2025 09:19:23
Farke obviously Dosent like him mot. Christ knows how he going to get on with mitro.
7.) 13 Aug 2025 09:21:26
Farke seems to fall out quickly with a lot of players!
8.) 13 Aug 2025 09:45:20
Pretty sure the likes of Ferguson didn’t like many of his players, Largie has talent but think it’s more a case of Farke not trusting him in all aspects of the game, in particular, tracking back and not losing the ball in dangerous areas.
Farke was briefing Largie for ages prior to him coming on against AC Milan and he was pretty ineffective, throughout.
Hate to state it but Harrison looked more comfortable and it may be a case that Largie has found his ceiling? Hope not as he’s exciting to watch, but I fear this may be a difficult level for him to shine at.
9.) 13 Aug 2025 10:37:30
But if Muniz goes to Atalanta (likely) , then what's our Plan B, do we have one? We went down this road a couple of years ago with De Ketelaere and ended up with nothing.
10.) 13 Aug 2025 11:28:20
So much negativity with just short of 20 days still remaining! Beggars belief I'm afraid! IMO only of course!
11.) 13 Aug 2025 12:29:53
Class,
Rama is a free player, he doesn't stick to the formation and rigid guidelines that Farke likes. Farke's style does work, as proven, but we should have a chaotic, unpredictable player in the mix.
Rama's instructions should be "do what you want, get the ball in the onion bag".
12.) 13 Aug 2025 15:59:31
Mot I’m not doubting your aspiration to have that type of spontaneous player but cannot think of many teams allowing that in the EPL even Mo Salah tracks back and of course seldom loses the ball.
Fine in the championship, but very risk averse league the epl, .
05 Jul 2025 14:45:08
Apparently Farke is the reason Firpo and Wober have gone, as He didn't want either player at the club due to their attitudes, according to rumours.
Likewise it's the reason they sold creswell and keep both Schmidt and Ramazani on the bench.
A good manager shouldn't be friendly or soft with his players, but I do wonder what message that will send to our new potential signings?
1.) 05 Jul 2025 17:00:20
You got tow the line you can't have unrest in dressing room zits the reason Mr Bielsa got rid of pontus and siezi its like having a bad apple in box you get it out mot we crack on.
2.) 05 Jul 2025 17:40:32
Totally agree Mally!
3.) 05 Jul 2025 20:17:48
Wober couldn't be bothered to play for us after we went down. Fled first opportunity he got and feigned injury when he wasn't out on loan. If Farke got rid that's one of the best things he has ever done in my book.
Firpo can't defend and was holding us to ransom on the value of the new contract. He also had a deal with Betis early last season so didn't want to stay anyway.
4.) 05 Jul 2025 20:48:44
And creswell, ramazani, Schmidt?
Then keeping Meslier long past due?
I respect a manager has to take hold of the dressing room, Fergie did it and took a team of primadonnas and showed them he was boss.
I'm just speculating as to what image that gives players coming to Leeds? Ramazani and Schmidt haven't played. Crew was benched. Geldhardt didn't get a look in. Farke played Byram over Schmidt and Byram score and OG nearly costing us the cup.
I'm critical of Farke, but always give credit where it's due. I hope he wins us the Prem title. I just wonder that if he doesn't succeed, will we have missed out on players because of it?
5.) 05 Jul 2025 23:16:35
The look on Farkes face when Rama came off the bench and scored a superb goal said a lot. Bristol city I think it was.
6.) 05 Jul 2025 23:19:36
I get what you are saying MOT, but as you say, according to rumours. I would suggest as DF won us the title and promotion his methods worked. Add to that the team spirit is amazing, there seems to be a real unity which also you would have to credit DF and his team for. Rama I would suggest was benched mostly because of Manors performances, as wad Willy because he was up against DJ. Firepower got game time because of his offensive abilities so any problem with DF was put aside it seems for the better of the team. Given all of this I would suggest players would have no problem coming to Leeds because of supposed rumour about DF, there are plenty of players who seem to live him, agent Guillavogie for one and despite being benched Rama was like a cat on a hot tin roof when we were promoted, no negative vibes there.
7.) 05 Jul 2025 23:20:35
How much was Firpo asking Alf as I never saw any figures?
I doubt he’s getting as much at Betis as he would have at Leeds.
Holding Leeds to ransom are harsh words. More likely he just wanted to return to Spain which is fair enough to me.
8.) 05 Jul 2025 23:32:16
I don’t know how much he was asking for but I agree with Alf, somebody at the club told me he was holding them to ransom.
9.) 06 Jul 2025 09:20:02
Firpo took a 30k a week paycut when we were relegated. He stuck with the club and was a contributing factor in our success this season. I cannot blame the guy for wanting his fair share of higher wages, or wanting to swap Beeston to Spain.
10.) 06 Jul 2025 10:47:29
Firpo simply was proven not to be an EPL standard defender so an upgrade was needed!
Hopefully he's landing today.
11.) 06 Jul 2025 12:03:22
C'mon. Crew wasn't exactly benched was he? He wasn't ready, and definitely isn't now in the PL. And we simply had better options than Joffy. Schmidt and Rama, maybe, but the jury us still out on both as far as I'm concerned, again, because we are now in the PL.
12.) 06 Jul 2025 14:26:14
Schmidt and rama have stayed, despite being benched. Solomon, who was fourth place at the start of the season, chose to return to the club that benched and outcast him.
Schmidt and ramazani have a lot of talent, as does Solomon. I just find it strange that the two lads who were benched are still at leeds and the one who was played pulled a summerville.
The Jury is out on Firpo being good enough for the prem.
13.) 06 Jul 2025 15:27:55
I assume you've only been a Leeds fan for 2 years MoT?
If not you are in a very small minority who wouldn't say Firpo was not up to EPL standards. Excellent going forward in a team with lots of possession (yup we messed up buying from Barcelona where defenders din need to defend! ) . He looked good at EFL but always looked like getting beat or likely to give away a penalty.
Soloman is under contract so it's not up to him if he wants to leave spurs!
14.) 06 Jul 2025 16:41:31
not do you understand a contract he had no option but return to spurs Leeds then have or had an opportunity to attempt to purchase but as yet seem to have withheld this attempt. Firpo was a loose cannon in premiership.
15.) 06 Jul 2025 18:00:30
Somebody at the club? That ole chestnut.
16.) 06 Jul 2025 23:20:30
£100k per week is what I heard.
17.) 09 Jul 2025 21:39:49
Well lads how can you say giro was nt up to the epl standard to be honest I found him to be the most improved player Leeds had his shooting, heading, was spot on got forward a lot more a did get back and defend aswell I think he was getting better all the time he was at Leeds, I don’t want to sound like a bad apple but there s something about our mr farke, had good player in spence, really playing well him and farke fallout disappeared had a argument with ramazani, and he went out of the team when looking pretty good if you remember then gnonto, playing really well dropped for couple weeks and as always been sub since starting piroe before him is completely wrong, it’s like our mr farke has a chip on his shoulder, also what I found wrong a lot last year is if you watch back not the best setting up for set pieces really poor from our corners teams breaking away and scoring.
21 Jun 2025 15:05:30
Alf, LAD, any updates on Diarra? I like the look of that fella.
1.) 21 Jun 2025 17:11:39
He would be a huge signing for sure!
2.) 21 Jun 2025 18:42:51
Nothing my side.
3.) 23 Jun 2025 11:13:00
possibly coming to visit today but this is putting 100 tenuous links together.
4.) 23 Jun 2025 13:12:06
Will hold you to that Alf. Hope you not misinforming us.
5.) 23 Jun 2025 13:37:57
would I lie to you, Aus?
6.) 23 Jun 2025 20:14:22
Is that to the tune of Charles and Eddie, Alf?
7.) 23 Jun 2025 21:53:42
oh yeah!

I've read all of the Farke out comments and noe I need a good cheering up.
Give us a laugh, Opti.
1.) 09 Nov 2025 17:33:35
Im not a clown Mot.
I’ve already given my point of view which is probably on Banter 2 or 3 by now.
2.) 09 Nov 2025 17:45:24
I didn't mean it disrespectfully, Opti.
You're a positive guy who puts a positive spin on things. Help us in this time of misery.
3.) 09 Nov 2025 18:01:27
I'm all for positivity and I'm watching city v pool and it's currently 3-0 and I've just booked my car parking spot. I reckon we can win that ?.
09 Nov 2025 13:28:44
Where is Willy?
Why Harrison over Gnonto?
Has Piroe fallen out of favour? He must spend a lot of time polishing his golden boots on that bench.
Farke out already.
04 Nov 2025 13:19:11
Farke has only won 4 of his 47 top flight matches away from home, with wolves been one of them.
Every manager he beat was sacked within six weeks.
The exception being when Norwich beat Thomas Frank's Brentford, in which Farke got the sack.
For such a stats based ownership, and for those fans who like to wave away our losses using possession, corner and passing stats, they sure do have a blind spot for away performances.
Regardless of the result on Sunday. Farke should have his contracted terminated.
1.) 04 Nov 2025 16:43:38
Regardless of the result?
2.) 04 Nov 2025 17:28:52
His stats with Norwich in the Premiership has absolutely no bearing on his situation now, completely different set of circumstances.
What he does at Leeds United is all anyone needs to know in my opinion.
3.) 04 Nov 2025 17:54:06
How do they have no bearing?
If all that counts is what he does at Leeds then he needs to go. He has lost four out of five of the last games. Sat too defensively in every game. Started Aaronson in every game. His tactics are poor and in game management non existent.
You're right opti, he should be sacked.
4.) 04 Nov 2025 19:50:41
Don't agree OP, that's like saying some pro who tallyed all his full career starts at end of his career could only include appearances from certain leagues
That's not how it works, more so it was what he done at Norwich which most probably got him the job at Leeds
Does he negate the Norwich job from his CV?
Of course he doesn't.
5.) 04 Nov 2025 19:52:25
Sorry MoT but that’s not the way I see it.
One he got us promoted and two he’s kept us out of the relegation zone so far. We do not look like a team that can’t compete in this league either, as far as I’m concerned all he needs to do is just keep us in the Premiership.
Of course their maybe fans like yourself that have far higher expectations, the only expectation I have this season is to stay in this league, even if that's by the skin of our teeth.
6.) 04 Nov 2025 20:58:21
Op I don't know what football you're watching.
Farke won't keep us up, no chance of it.
My expectations are to play to our strengths and compete in matches. We've been embarrassed recently with the loss to Burnley and the capitulation to Brighton.
When the commentators are laughing and wondering why we're sat so deep against a team without a clean sheet, or why our free kicks and attacking balls go backwards, questions need to be asked.
We can see the enthusiasm drain out of the players and fans every match.
I would love to know what the NPC talking point will be when we're not on 1 PPG in a few matches.
"Just wait until January"
"We're only 18th and two points from safety"
"Bad day at the office, we can pull this off"
"Well, we're relegated but Farke is the best man to get us promoted"
Sing a different song.
Me and Aus have gone from the minority Farke-outters to the ones who look sensible.
7.) 04 Nov 2025 22:24:52
In your opinion MoT.
8.) 04 Nov 2025 22:56:35
Well lads, for my penny's worth, DF has to adapt and pretty quickly. I still think he can be the right guy, let's face it who would be a viable alternative out there at the moment. But the signs were there against Wet Spam, cruising first half then we just got deeper and deeper, allowed them on to us and therein is the problem, scared football. We have the team to compete but we have to play to our strength and that is pressure in and out of posession.
Saturday was pathetic, there was nothing, it has to be down to DF and his approach to the game, we offered nothing. Florists away is the litmus test, we must compete and believe we can get something or as I said I can see him getting his P45 pretty quick especially if he persists with BA. We are at the moment a shadow of the team when we play away, it's not sustainable.
9.) 05 Nov 2025 07:28:03
It's all well and good saying what you're saying Mo, and I don't necessarily, or whole heartedly disagree with you. The main caveat is that I can't see us being able to replace him with anyone who will deliver better! I'm still not aware of anyone who stands out, and won't encounter the same difficulties, challenges and issues, or turn around results AND performances.
So what's the point in spending a load of dosh biffing him, and getting someone who delivers nowt better? He will still have the same squad.
10.) 05 Nov 2025 07:31:23
The players didn’t play to as per Farke’s instructions in the second half, so the players must take part of the blame. Players like Ampadu were so off it on that day that they must take responsibility for their lackluster poor performances. It’s too easy just to condemn Farke all the time.
Thinking we are a much better team than we are won’t make them play better and dreaming that a new coach will improve the quality of the players we have is also a misguided belief.
West Ham came into us in the second half and pushed us back because they were chasing the game, don’t be fooled by their current position, they have better quality players in their team than we do. The Newcastle game proves they are not a weak team in free fall with no direction.
11.) 05 Nov 2025 08:15:41
Well OP they were the same team we played in the first half, there is a difference between pressuring a team and being allowed to pressure that team, are you suggesting they are a better team when they are losing? There of course is also an argument that being as they were chasing we should have been able to exploit that and hurt them more.
Levels have to be maintained for 90 minutes and a manager should be able to react to what is unfolding and counter it. DF has to raise his in game management IMO.
12.) 05 Nov 2025 08:52:24
Op what you're saying is that the players do what they want and Farke can't control them? Not much use as a manager then.
Bright, we won't stay up with Farke, we might stay up with other managers. It's worth the gamble.
Our squad are not firing on all cylinders under Farke. Time for a new manager that can our lads playing to the best of their abilities.
13.) 05 Nov 2025 09:16:55
It’s all about opinions Vid, Farke only has the tools he's got to work with, PSR was not so kind to us as it was with Sunderland and our spending didn’t allow us the quality that would give Farke a stronger squad to deal with the highly competitive Premiership.
Every man and his dog right now wants to vent their spleen on Farke and get rid of him but no one has the remotest idea who we could "realistically" attract or afford who has the credentials to steer basically a Championship team away from relegation.
I hear some say, "well that's not our job" well put yourself if you can in the boots of the persons job it is to do that for one moment and ask yourself, who can we replace him with.?
It’s ok for fans screaming for change, but what if it gets worse with some other coach, which has a high probability, what will they say then, we wanted a new coach but you chose the wrong one!
A bit like Bielsa to Marsch scenario, yes by sheer luck and not the great coaching of Marsch did we stay up as the following season we went into free fall with him.
Sometimes fans expectations far exceed the reality of what is actually achievable and by sacking a good coach who got you where you wanted to be and replaced by another coach who perhaps has zero experience with the Premiership or one that has just been sacked and failed at another club believe that is the answer!?
Our away games are important to try to scrape the odd point here and there but our home games are the most important for survival in this league. Can no one see how we performed against Bournemouth, Fulham and even spurs and honestly say we didn’t perform well in those games and actually deserved more points than we got.
My point is not about the points didn’t get or deserve it the fact that our performances equaled or bettered those teams. That says to me that with this coach and the players he has worked with already has the chance to compete in this league and avoid relegation.
Inviting a new coach now to replace Farke for me would be a suicidal action and sign our fate to relegation for sure.
02 Nov 2025 09:05:53
Managers, in all fields, play a part in morale of their team, which directly effects performance and productivity.
If the players play poorly, sure, one or two can have an off day, but if a whole team performs poorly that responsibility lays directly on the shoulders of managers.
1.) 02 Nov 2025 11:58:35
Nail head mot.
2.) 02 Nov 2025 13:25:37
Played poorly or out played or bit of both.?
To say more or less we weren’t interested and the manager instructed that is nonsense in my opinion.
3.) 02 Nov 2025 13:37:40
Farke set us up defensively that's what he does in away games, that's what he has done all the time he has been at Leeds and Norwich
I never said we weren't interested, I said the morale is on the manager. Anyone who understands body language, mentality, coaching and mentoring can see what the problems were.
Yes, Brighton are a bloody good team, no denying that. But the experts on the field were told to do what is not natural to them, hence the breaks in formation, lack of pushing, players out of place.
Nobody knew what to do because they knew we should be pushing at them
They haven't kept a clean sheet for 21 games and we. sit back. Then concede anyway.
We were lucky it was only 3 nil because a few mis hits and scuffed shots that should have been in, would have seen us five or six down.
Then Farke praises how we handled it? Pathetic.
4.) 02 Nov 2025 13:58:08
Out played and out classed. Dominated and controlled. Taking it easy on us. Another stroll in the park for Brighton. Knew we were rubbish and no striker. Knew manager clueless whisker masturbater. That’s about it opti.
Anyway. Can we please do that again. It was great. I enjoyed it. Just a bad day at the office. So nearly errrr.
25 Oct 2025 14:26:27
Bijol or struijk?
Ferrari or Porsche?
What a great headache to have. That there's a fag paper between them in terms of quality, both of whom have quality in spades, means if one is injured, t'other slots in perfect without a noticeable change in squad ability.
Some people like Porsches, some like Ferraris, nobody would be upset if we got either for Christmas!
1.) 25 Oct 2025 14:43:11
Bijou
Ferrari or mini minor. Easy choice.
Bij will improve.
Struik peaked under the required level of awakness.
17 Nov 2025 09:13:29
What names have you heard from your connected sources?
13 Nov 2025 13:41:18
And if he gets those is he safe or is it a rolling target?
Absolutely pointless.
49ers want booting out as soon as possible. We will be relegated.
13 Nov 2025 13:41:18
And if he gets those is he safe or is it a rolling target?
Absolutely pointless.
49ers want booting out as soon as possible. We will be relegated.
11 Nov 2025 09:26:54
Bri, I know you were joking, but I have seen suggestions that were serious.
10 Nov 2025 17:46:53
I've seen some idiots say it's best to get relegated with Farke so he can bring us straight back up again ?
Men with the minds of children.
16 Nov 2025 23:02:11
At other clubs.
15 Nov 2025 10:53:09
My views are, and I stand by this, if Farke leads us out at villa, we are relegated.
He should have gone a long time ago and if he starts arronson over James or Gnonto then I would sack him regardless of result.
14 Nov 2025 11:06:10
We've shown flashes of that ability and talent, we've seen okafor and GG make runs, we've seen good goals scored, Nmecha convert, James make an attacking impression, stach and longstaff scored cracking goals and push forward.
We have the ability and talent. What we don't have it the ability to recognise it.
Put a crap manager on a world class production line and the numbers drop.
14 Nov 2025 09:31:17
We have the quality to finish mid table. There is the skill and talent in our squad to achieve that.
There isn't the belief or tactical ability from our coach to get those skills out of the lads.
13 Nov 2025 21:10:41
I hope he scores hat tricks every game.
All the best to him, he has lots of life in him yet.
