Rumours knocking about that Ten Haag will be our next manager.
1.) 05 Dec 2025 09:20:52
I did wonder when his name would crop up!
2.) 05 Dec 2025 14:13:35
No no no. Rather keep Farke and that says a huge lot. 10cents why. Let’s try for a successful manager.
19 Nov 2025 20:47:13
Bielsa having an impromptu interview tomorrow. Rumours are he is going to resign from Uruguay after losing to US.
The players hate him and the media has turned on him.
Wouldn't it be amazing if he came home.
1.) 19 Nov 2025 23:06:58
How come players hate him? Training too hard. They qualified for the cup. One defeat in a friendly means jack. Be interesting to see what happens. Either way. As much as I love the guy I don’t think his methods are sustainable in the prem. Thought managing a country ideal for him.
10 Nov 2025 10:34:47
YEP and Graham Smith saying 49ers have no plans to sack Farke.
Some insiders claim 49ers are supporting and sticking with Farke.
1.) 10 Nov 2025 15:14:06
Stick with DF save money get relegated makes perfect sense.
2.) 10 Nov 2025 17:04:29
Don't agree OB, 9'ers hardly envisage a Champo quality investment
For all zee bullshe-ite Parrag spouts, a Champo grade outfit doesn't suit that.
3.) 10 Nov 2025 17:46:53
I've seen some idiots say it's best to get relegated with Farke so he can bring us straight back up again ?
Men with the minds of children.
4.) 11 Nov 2025 00:14:01
It was a joke.
5.) 11 Nov 2025 09:26:54
Bri, I know you were joking, but I have seen suggestions that were serious.
6.) 11 Nov 2025 11:08:49
i can genuinely see that being in the monds of the 49ers joke or not. i don't think they are too fazed by relegation should it happen but would be looking to bounce back and we have a proven promotion specialist already.
26 Aug 2025 17:58:38
That's a very unbelievable rumour that should probably be ignored that Piroe will be leaving for a few north of £30 million.
Source: some twitter nobody.
1.) 26 Aug 2025 19:01:39
Hope so.
2.) 27 Aug 2025 10:07:38
No chance, think the club would snap their hand off for £10-15m at the minute.
12 Aug 2025 23:16:52
Rumours are that Rama is going to Rangers.
1.) 13 Aug 2025 02:28:25
Then we would need two wingers and atm incapable of getting one. Unless solo is coming back. How much for ram?
2.) 13 Aug 2025 05:05:54
I think it's going to cost somewhere between relegation and farke's job.
3.) 13 Aug 2025 06:36:13
I can only see this happen if we have a replacement coming in. We are waiting on the same for schmidt and would likely be the same for Rama.
4.) 13 Aug 2025 08:22:47
That would make absolutely no sense, particularly so close to the end of the window, unless we had 2 better incoming wingers nailed on.
5.) 13 Aug 2025 09:03:32
Auzzieinch
We let Joseph, Bamford, crew and geldhardt go with no replacement and apparently, jack Harrison is the upgrade on Ramazani. Ramazani who has the best goal contributions:minutes in the champo last season.
6.) 13 Aug 2025 09:19:23
Farke obviously Dosent like him mot. Christ knows how he going to get on with mitro.
7.) 13 Aug 2025 09:21:26
Farke seems to fall out quickly with a lot of players!
8.) 13 Aug 2025 09:45:20
Pretty sure the likes of Ferguson didn’t like many of his players, Largie has talent but think it’s more a case of Farke not trusting him in all aspects of the game, in particular, tracking back and not losing the ball in dangerous areas.
Farke was briefing Largie for ages prior to him coming on against AC Milan and he was pretty ineffective, throughout.
Hate to state it but Harrison looked more comfortable and it may be a case that Largie has found his ceiling? Hope not as he’s exciting to watch, but I fear this may be a difficult level for him to shine at.
9.) 13 Aug 2025 10:37:30
But if Muniz goes to Atalanta (likely) , then what's our Plan B, do we have one? We went down this road a couple of years ago with De Ketelaere and ended up with nothing.
10.) 13 Aug 2025 11:28:20
So much negativity with just short of 20 days still remaining! Beggars belief I'm afraid! IMO only of course!
11.) 13 Aug 2025 12:29:53
Class,
Rama is a free player, he doesn't stick to the formation and rigid guidelines that Farke likes. Farke's style does work, as proven, but we should have a chaotic, unpredictable player in the mix.
Rama's instructions should be "do what you want, get the ball in the onion bag".
12.) 13 Aug 2025 15:59:31
Mot I’m not doubting your aspiration to have that type of spontaneous player but cannot think of many teams allowing that in the EPL even Mo Salah tracks back and of course seldom loses the ball.
Fine in the championship, but very risk averse league the epl, .

37 FA games
30 away matches
7 home matches.
Lowest % of away matches at 22%. Second lowest is 37%. Eight lowest is 39%.
Ours stats are a statistical outlier amongst statistical outliers.
1.) 12 Jan 2026 22:57:23
Try playing roulette on a bad night.
2.) 12 Jan 2026 23:01:52
Out of curiosity MoT, what's the timeframe for those numbers?
3.) 12 Jan 2026 23:04:55
BTW 7 out of 37 is 19%.
4.) 13 Jan 2026 01:29:17
10 out of 44 since year 2000 apparently.
5.) 13 Jan 2026 04:02:31
No it’s not jr.
6.) 13 Jan 2026 05:56:16
Genuinely don't know JR. 37 years is my guess.
7.) 13 Jan 2026 08:06:19
Aus, I confess to not being good at lots of things, but I earned a living for 40 years as a data analyst, and that calculation is mathematically correct. I'd love to know how anyone might come up with a different answer.
8.) 13 Jan 2026 08:36:03
Just jesting jr. thought we might get a bit of. Oh yes it is going ?.
9.) 13 Jan 2026 11:48:46
Oh no you didn't. ???.
10.) 13 Jan 2026 11:56:47
Probably less than 37 because if (like this year) we get to round 4 we play 2, round 5 play 3 and so on, but no matter, I was just curious.
11.) 13 Jan 2026 12:30:44
Just looked back, and when we were drawn away to Peterborough in the 3rd round in 2023 it was our 13th away draw in a row, the first time it had ever happened in FA cup history. We finally broke the sequence being drawn at home to Plymouth in round 4 that year. The odds on that happening were 8,192 to 1!
12.) 13 Jan 2026 12:56:31
Genuinely not sure, JR. My message wasn't meant to be arsy, if it came off like that, I just saw the stat and thought I would share for the laugh.
13.) 13 Jan 2026 13:28:36
Oh yes I did. ??
We covered 8,192 to 1 before mate. You new here lol
?.
14.) 13 Jan 2026 14:07:21
Mo, you certainly come as arsy to me, this was just you just repeating something you'd seen, and me wondering if there was any more. Nowt to fall out about. UTWDTP.
15.) 13 Jan 2026 16:37:34
Only 2 balls left in and we still came out second!
16.) 13 Jan 2026 18:08:33
The last time we were last out of the hat was the season when we beat Man U; remarkably, it happened in the next round against Spurs [2-2] which went to a replay at Elland Road [1-3].
It always amazes me with the draws, in all domestic cups that Man City get home ties against [really] lower division sides? Perhaps statistically, they don't, but it always feels that way! [repeat for Liverpool and Arsenal! ].
12 Jan 2026 17:49:22
Can we get Rooney sacked for a third time?
1.) 12 Jan 2026 20:27:55
???
But clearly, we would not take any pride in that!?
07 Jan 2026 23:23:13
Leeds become only the second team in premier league history to go ahead three times and lose.
The only other team who have done that is. drumroll. Leeds United.
Did we build our club on top of an Indian burial ground that had been cursed by gypsy witches smashes mirrors on black cats?
{Ed025's Note - love it Mo..
1.) 08 Jan 2026 10:30:35
Lol Mo! Only us, eh?
07 Jan 2026 23:20:22
Gutted for BA. Scores against Man U and it's a draw. Scores twice against Newcastle (never done it in the prem) and we lose.
That loss was on Farke. We've had a good run, we didn't expect to win at SJP but the manner in which we lost was on Farke.
And Perrisier, who is honklingly bad.
02 Jan 2026 19:56:05
We will be without our long thrower against man united. A great shame as it reduces the options for us around their box.
I hope we don't get too cocky and expect a win as that will backfire.
1.) 02 Jan 2026 20:14:10
I'm sure there will have been a long throw in competition at the end of training!?
2.) 02 Jan 2026 20:52:31
Perri can chuck them long, apart from that I have no idea.
3.) 02 Jan 2026 22:23:25
A flame thrower might be more useful?
4.) 03 Jan 2026 15:46:18
Who says Amps is the only one who can do it? I'll make a small bet that we see someone else giving it a go.
13 Jan 2026 05:58:26
There's a CB a Toulouse who is cracking, with some brilliant stats, Cress something his name is.
No chance Leeds ever have a player like him though.
12 Jan 2026 21:08:09
I'll get mi coat and call a taxi. If you see my mates, terem amoffi home.
12 Jan 2026 17:48:16
A striker like Moffi would be Nice.
08 Jan 2026 13:21:58
For all of the negativity we had in the summer about the window, which player hasn't improved the team?
Perri is a disaster but I think he can come good.
Okafor needs a bit more time to bed in.
The rest have been excellent and have held off opponents ten times their value.
The recruitment in summer was indeed 8/ 10.
07 Jan 2026 09:17:40
Farke has said no news until after Derby, we are too busy to look at it before then.
We have plenty of time to sign players.
For all the flack I've given 49ers, they're pretty good owners TBF. I trust them after summer as their signings were spot on.
Special mention to the steal that is GG, who seems as Leeds as they come.
13 Jan 2026 12:56:31

10 Jan 2026 11:42:12
FA cup is a worry for next season when we've sorted the relegation scare, build a good squad and added depth. Right now it's a distraction.
Date I say Forrest are currently distracted with their cups and European games, and losing those games adds pressure to the manager.
One bonus for us is that nobody really cares that much if we drop out of the third round, as we historically do, and we have bigger fish to fry.
It's a free hit for Heir Farke and maybe a chance to try some experimental tactics.
10 Jan 2026 08:28:41
Agreed with Dave's line up.
Chuck the kids and B team on. Regardless of score, do not risk a single starting 11 player.
Maybe even dig out some U21 defenders to give Struijk a rest.
09 Jan 2026 06:13:07
Don't forget we hit the cross bar and sailed a few goals across an open net which went unconverted. A few shots close to the keeper as well.
We played well. Subs were dodgy but we did well.
