Cellinos tax evasion case set for oct 2nd in Italy, also says a second case will be heard regarding unpaid tax on a second boat!

Lets face it guys could any of us care less about tax evasion on a car for 12k which is one of the cases. He now owns us and nothing can change that. Look at some other owners and the FL are powerless to do anything. Pff tax evasion Gary Barlow is guilty but people still buy his records. Storm in a tea cup but I bet realitycheck will be a doom and gloom merchant about it.

Yeh I totally agree with you, I've always said MC was a gamble but far worse owners around.
Bates is far worse but VERY clever as not to get caught.

But.The FL can do SOMETHING, they can actually BAN him from owning club, retrospective action.

And how do they enforce that? Take him to companies house and force him to sign the club away. Has not happened to any other owner can't see it happening here.
