I'm reliably informed that in extreme circumstances Leeds United could be thrown out of the FL.
Massimo Cellino and Leeds United need our support and not the knockers.
Come on supporters please back the players and the board of our great club.

Thanks Shaun. I am reliably informed that won't happen.

I have been told that legally the debt lies with the previous owners as it was a libel case that was eventually settled. Any monies owed to solicitors should be claimed from parties involved not the club as they were wrong in using club media to pursue a personal vendetta. If it goes to court Mr Bates and Harvey will have some explaining to do. Mates of Mr Bates by the look of things, if not why have they waited so long to take this action. They could have done it when Bates was selling the club.

Wish that was true but it isn't,
MC didn't do any due diligence when he purchased Leeds United and as such he is liable for all debts.

He's liable for the debt NOT the blame!!
How the hell has LUFC as a company got lumbered with a cost created by Bates. he lost the case, not LUFC??

Actually right and wrong.
MC didn't lose the case as it all happenened before he bought us however he took on the liabilities when he bought Leeds United.
Simples he has to pay by Jan 13th ish or he can walk away .
It's ony a trifle at £150,000 plus 8% interest.
What's that for a guy worth €800,000,000
Nothing
