It doesn't matter who we replace TC with, we will still have the same problems while Victor Orta is allowed a free hand with recruitment. Any good team should allow the manager/ coach a decent input into players being brought it. It is clear from TC saying ask Victor, he has little or no input on such matters. Most coaches/ managers bring in a few they know or have worked with before, how many of the lot we got in did TC recommend? None would be my guess.

Pearson or Hughes would be good choices both experienced in English football don't care where Hughes came from don't forget where Giles and Stachan came fom

If we replace TC which doesn’t like it maybe to far away, Strachey would be my choice to replace TC MOT
