Billy Sharpe has got his starting place for Saturday after Modine was red carded. Ayling and co will need to be very disciplined, no silly rash fouls, Sheffield seem to get their care share of penalties. Not really bothered what Norwich do but need to better or match Sheffield Utd s results. Would take a draw.

1.) 13 Mar 2019 09:40:43
Mezzer, a match for cool heads and that’s not going to be easy. Fans need to be fervent and patient as well. Sheffield will want to restrict and frustrate us. Their game against Brentford showed how good they can be defensively and still be dangerous on the break. Be interesting to see how Sheffield play it, do they settle for a point and hope to make up the gap in the other games or do they go for the three. A draw would seem to be less of a problem for us than them. Big Psychological advantage to go into the break in the top two positions.

2.) 13 Mar 2019 10:42:45
I'm still wondering how Brentford never managed to get a penalty or two 😉.

3.) 14 Mar 2019 09:09:08
Why did we not hold onto Billy Sharpe?

4.) 14 Mar 2019 18:40:01
He couldn't handle the pressure at Leeds 😁.

5.) 15 Mar 2019 08:26:44
Al, he only scored a handful for us I think (Barn Door Billy 2) . He was rumoured for a few seasons then when he came to us he flopped big time. I was really looking forward to his arrival as I thought he was brilliant. In regards to the result on Sat. I think a draw would be a real disappointment for us. This is one we should win. To be honest if we can't beat them on Saturday we will struggle as we have basically the same run in, but teams seem to give an extra 20% when they are playing us and the refs probably give the the same 20% more decisions to the other teams. 3-0 on Sat and then another 15 points on the run in will do us very nicely I think. MOT.

Same starting team and bench for WBA game, not a surprise to anyone surely! Will be watching with family who are all Baggies fans so iam in for a fun filled night. Just know that the little rat Dwight Gayle will get his customary goal against us. As we find it hard to keep a clean sheet i guess we going to need to score at least twice to get anything from this game, sadly can't see our current personnel, s form where those 2 goals will come from.

1.) 28 Feb 2019 17:14:56
Keep the faith Mezzman 🙃.

2.) 02 Mar 2019 07:30:28
Mess, bet ya family night was great 4 u mate 👍😁.

3.) 02 Mar 2019 08:03:29
Guys, never so happy to be wrong! What a great night, certainly a very joyous family gathering (for me, lol. ) .

04 Jan 2019 13:48:38
Is it true that Douglas now out injured for awhile?

1.) 04 Jan 2019 17:43:39
unfortunately yes.

2.) 04 Jan 2019 19:42:49
Muscle injurie.

01 Jan 2019 14:12:02
Same team today, not sure after the Hull game we are doing Philips any favours playing him a centre back, thought he would bring in Aalpo. Hope the players can return the faith Bielsa has in them, we need them points today.

31 Jul 2018 22:26:22
Marcus Maddison has a 2.5 million release clause in his contract, come on Radz get this deal done before we hear he is off to Derby or some other club! No excuses!

1.) 31 Jul 2018 22:56:31
Where would you play Maddison with the acquisition of Harrison?

2.) 01 Aug 2018 09:45:06
Left midfield. Play Harrison on right where he is equally adept and he'll cut inside. Nightmare for defenders. They could also possibly alternate wings in the second half if Maddy was game.

3.) 01 Aug 2018 16:06:54
Imagine this, Maddison and Harrison wide in midfield being supported by Ayling and Douglas as full backs? I think that is enough to scare the sh1t out of any championship defence.

4.) 01 Aug 2018 16:19:25
Yeah and bam bam a known striker at this level .

5.) 02 Aug 2018 06:34:38
You so right LIG.

6.) 02 Aug 2018 13:52:10
That would be immense Lucas!

At least today's football has cheered me up! Millwall fans waving bye bye to the Brighton fans. Poetic justice i guess, at least they won't be buoyed up when they play us with a semi final in their pocket. Hopefully knocked about of stuffing out of them, sorry Berm you had a bad weekend!

1.) 17 Mar 2019 16:59:23
The footballers beat the wrestlers.

2.) 17 Mar 2019 18:02:01
just got back from the den! what a great day and made me feel so much better after yesterday and I called the equaliser which pissed off the fans aroound me

that said today was the worst day for leeds. I wanted either a wall win so they focus on that and not us or a 5 nil loss to take wind our of their sails. a close last minute eqaulisr then pen los will rile them up and give them the fight and passion against us something which we might struggle with?

3.) 17 Mar 2019 18:41:09
If we can't beat Millwall at home then we have no right to be challenging for top 2.

4.) 17 Mar 2019 18:40:39
Don’t actually think it matters with Millwall Berm, they’re always up against us plus there’s a real possibility of relegation (with any luck! ) so it’s a must win for them against a side we should expect to beat if we are to be promoted.

I said a prayer to the football gods that that abhorrent little person Harris side finally got there just rewards. Don’t forget beating Everton previous round with the guy punching it in and Harris screaming for the screens to be turned off before anyone saw it!

Laughed out loud when the Defender who deliberately rugby tackled Murray to the floor so they scored their first goal was the one to miss the final kick. Live in Sussex so know lots Of Brighton supporters so genuinely pleased for them. Brighton still talk about the Leeds travelling support and all want us to make it thus year.

BBC coverage incredible with poor plucky Wall? Should have been two sending offs for them before the one they got. And what is the latest on their recent racism charge? Oh they don’t play in white do they, promoted and Wall relegated in the same season would be a brilliant outcome for me.

5.) 17 Mar 2019 18:57:09
i agree notts but we were lucky to draw away from home to them and they are poor.

6.) 17 Mar 2019 20:04:59
Millwall's home much better than their away form.

7.) 17 Mar 2019 20:17:36
Agree Notts. Nothing more to add.

8.) 17 Mar 2019 20:22:25
agree class they are dirty side and almost proud of it, we should stick it to them this year as i ain't coming. I have a ticket for the away end and so tempted to go next week but with promotion so close i really can't trust the curse. plus if they win my life is hell and if we win i'd probably get stabbed. i'm gobby when in wall end at wall but know most people around me and we always lose but in away end if gobby and we win i wouldn't enjoy my ride home too much i fancy!

9.) 17 Mar 2019 21:13:42
Berm, if they had won they would have been all trying to impress to get their semi final place, hope today's result has deflated them abit.

10.) 17 Mar 2019 21:17:25
Berm can't believe you would pay to watch that showed of shite, unless they were playing us.

11.) 17 Mar 2019 23:22:20
free ticket uncle's mate couldn't go so was a free p@@S up plus i had a feeling they would lose so good chance to see them all upset and get in a good few taunts and normally its me on the end of them.

16 Mar 2019 14:32:20
Does this team want to get promoted, architects of our own doom, minimum point needed from this game and we have them all away. Feared as much for this kind of result, it's typical leeds. Not all lost yet but not in our own hands anymore and relying on others, plus injury and suspension to key players. Bloody marvellous day!

1.) 16 Mar 2019 14:35:37
True. not over yet.

2.) 16 Mar 2019 14:40:45
You are right, the missed chances left you feeling at half time that we could slip up second half. A tough ask now for automatic, but we are still in it.

16 Mar 2019 12:09:09
For any guys with no access to the game on sly sports it's being shown live on hesgoals. com.

16 Mar 2019 10:26:08
Surprisingly calm this morning when I woke up, then the picture of Billy Sharpe over celebrating a goal entered my mind. Trying to keep busy until the kick off, even put some new sealant around the window frame that the missus has been on my case for weeks to do. Really can't call now this match will play out, hoping for a repeat of our home game against WBA . Will we go for it from the off?, will Sheffield sit back and hit us on the counter?, Will the ref spoil the game? So many factors. We got a lucky break in the game at Brammal lane, everything's crossed they don't today. God this is stressful, anything but a loss today please!

1.) 16 Mar 2019 11:50:18
I am expecting the Blunts to complain about us watering the pitch?

12 Mar 2019 19:16:00

Confident we will get him, unless the player himself doesn't want to come. Bielsa wants this lad and I can only see Radzs and co backing him.

Well said class, our fans can really make a difference. Pressure will definately be on us but Norwich won't want to drop points to us so will be a close game. I just hope our defence can be tight and we don't start by giving them a goal start. They are a more settled side from the team we played at their ground. The longer we stop them scoring the more frustrated they will be, I can see a few tough tackles going in. Needs a good fair ref!

Apparently Bielsa has watched all of his games since he was a 18year old!

Didn't predict it, but feared it. Gutted like most if not all on here but still in with a chance. Our weekend to take the flak, lots of haters outside our club will be relishing this result but would still rather be where we are than the chasing pack. Let's hope that's the last poor day at the office and get on with chasing the top two.

Wasn't robbed, short memory mate. Remember our win at Brammal lane. If you don't convert your chances when on top then always open to this kind of result. They soaked up our pressure first half, maybe rid their luck but had the measure of us in the second half. it's ok going gun ho, but today played too many passes around our own box. We all know how dangerous sharp is!

Not just Coopers fault! Bamford did very little, Roberts went quite. We lose as a team, stop picking players out. We only play one style and Sheffield were on to it, just knew to bide their time. We need to score and take our chances not hope to walk it in. As gutted as I am, we got what we deserved.
