Happy for Radz to come good and hope he does. Currently his plan is not working. Some of the other people involved have to take responsibility for their roles in this current situation. That usually starts with the manager, but we have already tried that and gone backward. We have to revert back to a solid defensive platform . Like under George Graham, this was also the foundations of Monks plan and his legacy defensively formed the basis of TC's early success. Back to basics, simple football, defensively solid and clean sheets, even boring football to start. These are the first ingredients Allardyce, Pulis and Moyes bring to the table, then they build on that strength.

They're welcome to him, he's just an older version of Heck. Plus he insults their fans whenever they criticise him. He wouldn't last five minutes here.
