Well my thoughts are for a partnership Coach and assistant coach with two key attributes

1)Football experience
2)Languages between them. English, Italian, Portugeese and Danish for communication.

Does anyone know if the signings can all speak english!

So I would still take Grayson as coach but with an italian assistant coach

Not hard dr t. my daugters english is better than peter reids and she is 11 months old. she only says four words but unlike reid we can understand what they are
