Not the best run in but a creditable 7th nonetheless. Today, and for a while, bags of possession and very few shots on target is woeful. A big improvement next season is needed if we are going anywhere in an upward direction. Pity about Charlie Taylor's attitude if Gary Monk is to be believed. Refusing to play when you are contracted to a club is indefensible.

It's not altogether surprising as I have said in the past he has a truculent streak and can be a bit mouthy when it comes to criticising the management/owners. (IMO) . I remember his comments a while back when he was coming out in support of Aidie White. I didn't like what he said then and I don't like what he has done today.

If the manager knew what he like, irrespective of his agents influence, he should never have played this season. Leaving Beradi out for him wouldn't have been right. The sooner he packs his bags the better. Good riddance.

Can't say Taylor was right but I can see his point. Meaningless game so why take the chance on getting injured and ruining a potential good move? Personally I believe he's a premiership defender and therefore I don't hold it against him for wanting to leave. How long should he wait for promotion? He's not a young player anymore, almost mid twenties, and wants to play at highest level not to mention a nice tidy pay rise! Again I'm 50/50 on his decision but I still say all the best and good luck.

Because he plays for Leeds Utd and Leeds Utd pay his wages

Understand some of your sentiment but its unforgivable for a player to refuse to play I think of Billy and Don what would they make of it? total insult to LUFC.

He can leave.

Couldn't disagree more. Don't have a problem with him wanting to move on. But refusing to play. Unforgivable imo.

Why should Taylor play in a meaningless game? because he is paid and contracted to do so. Yes he wants to play at the highest level but has an obvious attitude problem, While I agree his agent is mostly to blame, Charlie is in his mid twenties and is resoonsible for his own actions. Having said that I will try not to laugh when he spends most of next season sitting on the bench for whatever club are mugs enough to sign him.

Wilko would have sent Vinnie to "have a word" with him ;)
