Leeds, leicester, blackburn and middlesboro want graham dorrans. Would be a great loan.

He would be a great addition. Bit of a dilemma for BMcD for midfield though. Who does he drop? Unless he changes to 4-4-2
Austin is our captain, he gets all around the pitch, tracking back splitting up plays and starting new ones for us on attack.
Murphy is our new million quid signing. He's doing well and finding his feet now and has a good range of passing.
Mowatt is our up and coming player. I hate to admit it but he's the only one I'd consider dropping in favour of Dorrans. Mowatt would then make a better midfield backup than Green/Tonge etc. I'd be worried about his development stalling by dropping out of the team although competition for places could help him along.

I'd drop Murphy over Mowatt personally. Mowatt has been very impressive and it shows the BMD has the confidence in him when he was left on on Saturday when the game needed seeing out, Murphy was taken off. I think Murphy will come good but credit to the development coaches, some impressive prospects coming through so let's utilise them.

It is understood that a Seven figure investment has been received from David Haighs company today. It is to spend on players in the January transfer market.
Just been on radio Leeds.

Well provided it goes on players and not on the general running on the club I would definitely not complain at 1 million some people really need to get real.

People say its for January ime more inclined to think its like the previously 2loans in September and October to cover running costs ifnitwas for January why not wait till next month

I heard it was a loan rather than an investment, just another debt

This is the part where other owners invest 2 million. Can't see us buying a premier league quality player for a million.

Ryan Hall is the first on what I think will be quite a long list to leave us in the next month or so. Rumours I've heard are Leeds are offering a number of players to other clubs for free (thats free to the buying clubs but we will have to pay them off as Ed mentioned the other day). Other players are going to be offered mutual terminations of there contracts to get them out of the club. Rather than spend all the transfer budget in January on players coming in it has been thought worthwhile to spend some of that money getting rid of squad players BMcD doesn't want and clearing the wage bill in preparation for next year.

The vast majority of players Leeds no longer want are set to have their contacts expire this summer with only a few of exceptions (Morison, Pugh and Tonge), so I can't see Leeds willing to pay players off when they'll be gone in summer anyway.
