I hope Leeds fans will get behind Cellino, Hockaday, and the new players who come in because we carn't afford to have another season like the last one. At least give them until Christmas without any calling for peoples heads and I think with the fans support we can get are once great club great again. As far as Ross McCormack goes he has a long contract with us and I would expect him to honour that and Cellino should reject any offer for him at least until next season even if teams offer £9mill plus we need are best players at Leeds united it would be a disaster to let him go as he would be hard to replace and it would show intent to other clubs that Leeds are in good place and the days have gone when we have to sell players to make ends meet. M.O.T get behind the boys.

1.) Making ends meet by selling players is how Cellino ran his previous club therefore time will tell if a leopard changes his spots. However I do feel confident that the sale of McCormack will be re-invested back into the squad

2.) Dont mind us selling hims as long as he doesn't go to another Championship side. I don't want to be strengthening any other side we may be competeing with.

With regards to replacing him, any striker who is any good eye for goal will score that many goals, he just needs the service. So we need to bring in the right man for the job and ensure the team can service him. a lot of Rossco's goals were self made so this needs to be a surity.

On Hockaday, give him his chance. Every man is entiled to it and with our club it may be better to have a guy who doesn't have a reputation follwoing him, good or bad. But I do genuinly feel that MC wanted to bring in someone he could "mould" and "advise", hence the lesser experienced manager. sorry, coach.

what do Leeds fans think about my young Leeds team for the future? or now. 1.Cairns 2.Byram 3.Taylor 4.Lees 5.Killock 6.Mowatt 7.Dawson 8.Thompson 9.Poleon 10.Walters 11.White all from Leeds academy would be a great team in 2 or 3 years I think.

Not great mate. Few decent players but as a whole, might be able to hold their own in League 2.

Tell ye the truth mate that team would not even win the under 18s league let alone the championship . Sorry but it's true.

Lewis cook is touted as a big prospect, like to see dawson get a chance and new lad robbie mcdaid, for me mowatt lacked stamina and needs to improve that area. I think I have given up on tom lees unfortunately.

4.) "I think I have given up on tom lees unfortunately."

Must admit I saw him in one of his debut games where he scored an own goal and then ran his heart out to get one in the right end to make amends, he seems to have floundered a bit since then, but maybe that was due to bad management, etc?

I am happy to give him the benefit of the doubt, especially when I see players like Kebe being brought in and played week in week out.

Yeah watched him for last few years and he'd be a good league 1 defender. I love endeavor and effort but he has no distribution which is my main concern. Tactics play apart in his positioning and concentration as midfield giving up too much pressure on defenders.

What I meant sloughwhites is fans didn't get behind Cellino at first and players were also getting some stick ie Hunt, zaliukas and a few others its a hard game is football and I bet most fans who didn't get behind the players have never played at a high standard. Also its too early to say Hockaday is not going to be a good enough coach if the guy is as bad as everyone is saying he is going to need all the support he can get and I think with are great fans we can help him and the players do good this season maybe not promotion but a respectable league position.

Redfern would be a great choice but I think he's happy helping the young kids come through and whenever the managers job comes available he quickly distances himself from it. he's a good man though and I would be very happy if he ever decided to become manager one day.
