heard from somebody in the know Brian Mac may look to bring in Shay Given as a replacement for Paddy Kenny, also looking at Richard Dunne & Madden from Yeovil
1.) Unless Shay Given is going to reduce his wages by about 90% then I doubt it.
2.) Given is now a very poor goalkeeper, hence he should retire.
3.) For someone in the know he knows sweet FA mate

Adkins, Di Canio, Coyle, McCarthy or Poyet would be good imo, rest not convinced about

As much chance of Fergie coming out of retirement to steer Leeds to Premier League as Capello. Ancelotti could be available in summer and he's Italian so may go after him too?
Cant see BM going anywhere, so soon after his arrival and with the job he is doing. He is the best manager we have had for a long time and think if he stays we will realistically be looking at being a Prem team again in next 2 years.
That said, if he did decide to go for the Ireland job, the guy suggesting Pulis could be who we need is bang on for me. Took an average team like Stoke from bottom Championship team into Europe, and would work wonders at Leeds if he came. although would rather keep Brian given the choice

The oldham rumours are due to him currently being chairman of Salford RL. Koukash is said to be looking at a fallen giant in the Championship (and Oldham are neither Championship or a former big club). It appears with certain restrictions like the salary cap in RL Koukash is limited to what e can do and is therefore looking at other investments, with Leeds said to tick the boxes he wants
