Starting from the back, maybe a back up for the Italian were linked with, good pedigree, experience etc not played to many games tbh but a lot better than kenny who is an absolute disgrace for coming back in that condition no respect for the club or himself. MOT

I'd say Taylor must be a back up, he's only made 72 appearances in the last 10 yrs wherever he's been.

Taylor is not the way forward, Kenny was bad, overwieght and crap at staying on line, but Kenny use to be good, Taylor has never been anything but a also-ran. Average at best years ago with no club, if this is our pickings I see dark times ahead. Taylor (in the rare appearances I've seen from him) is a very good keeper.
It's a shame for him he was never able to make a number one jersey his own but he's dependable, professional and has a wealth of reserve football experience at the highest level.
Pretty sure he's been signed as a backup but I wouldn't be at all unhappy with him having been signed as first choice. He'll provide great competition for whomever Cellino brings in next to wear some gloves.

Kenny is a no2, another joke there two in one day, what next!
We are being linked with a number of young Italian players so Taylor on board so he take squad for a happy meal if they win .
