Leeds agree £12m deal but Bournemouth are getting him for only £7m.

Both deals were 7m up front with 5 in add ons.

DJed Spence or Pedro Malheiro ( boavista) looks decent, both Porto and sporting fans want him and he would be cheap being in the Portuguese league. Transfermarkt value €3m

Spence would be my first choice, valued at £10m in transfermarkt.
