Ed, how you know that? What are you inferring by this? Does this mean deep down he knows he is league 1 standard and not much better and so did not want the pressure playing for LUFC comes with?

{Ed013's Note - It was confirmed earlier today that he took less money than Leeds offered. I think Cellino pulled out because of a dislike to Agard during the meetings, but that is me speculating}

IMO we lost out on Aggard, Leeds need decent wide players which we haven't had since Snods and Gradel were sold by captain p@*s take. we were scoring for fun when we had wide players that's the truth.

Could not say which is the formation we should play but it sure isn't the diamond.

Would like us to get Jordan Ibe on loan from Liverpool!

Only an opinion of course, but I think the agent was pushing for more wages as LUFC are higher profile.

I also think the agent was after his fee so advising his client to move, whether it was move down a league or in the same league it didn't matter. It should be noted that his fee would have been negligible if Agard had moved on a free at the end of the season.

My advise would have been, stay where you are, make a name for yourself in the championship and we crack on from there.

This, all coupled with the fact Agard turned up late and the "attitude issue" made MC turn away.

I think it would have been as mentioned above. Don't keep Mr Cellino waiting.

Ed 13 if that's the case why not join us and maybe bit by bit better himself and maybe who knows become a premier player with us! I've also heard he turned up late for meeting and was supposed to be above himself which obviously the DON didn't appreciate but some one must know what the truth is here, as we met their asking price near on straight away!?theres more to this than meets the eye, think that pisses me off is all sites are going over and over saying WE LOST OUT he's CHOSE TO GO ELSEWHERE, wasn't it us that pulled plug?

So he has gone to a lower league and took less money.could it be he didn't want to play for the Hock? not saying that is a reason and trust me to come up with it but it stands as a reason as much as any other on here. he has seen/researched our performances, looked into the hock and thought no league 1 for me, maybe he thinks his team will go up and we will go down? Just speculation but what are others thoughts?

Didnt like his attitude in the meetings he had with him @ ER and decided against the move. Same reason a certain person got sent packing from the pre-season tour in Italy ;)
