I'd do Gray to spurs for 35m Rodon and Skipp ONLY if Archie wants to go.
I'd sneakily try and add someone like Troy Parrot to the deal too if it brings it down to 30m so be it. Adding players in positions of need + cash seems so sensible - Parrot hit 17 goals last season on loan for a relegated side in Netherlands which is a very solid return.

So with Skipp rated at £15m, Rodon they want £10m for and Parrott I’d guess £8m totalling £33m in player valuations + £30m cash?
