Just heard a bit of a wild card for manager, Grayson to return to Leeds, could he do it with good backing from board??

i would have him back just to add a bit more of an attacking style to the squad, atleast we was heading in the right direction when he was managing leeds and the club is in his heart

3.) O'Leary said when he left Leeds that he had "Unfinished Business". If that is not sufficient incentive to get your sleeves rolled up and get on with it - what is?

The fact that Oleary left Leeds over 10 years ago and has not managed competitively in the last 7 years coupled with the we have tried this before with El Tel should say to you we need a current experienced manager from the Championship or prem. So no to Coyle O leary Grayson and A massive never to Hughesor Mcdermott Oneil.
Lets look at some one with fresh ideas drive and determination to make this succeed we will not be short of candidates.

5.) He hasn't really proven he can manage successfully for more than half a season at Championship level. He went up with Hudds with someone else's team and slumped after Christmas the same way he did with Leeds. Been there, done that - let's move on.

6.) Might be more attacking and more exciting but he never did sort our leaky defence. I think we need a manger who can give us the whole package.
McD for me as he is more obtainable than Poyet
If Hughes gets the job, then GFH will hjave lost the plot and Coiln will have had the last laugh.
Hughes has no experience of getting out of the Championship, no experience other that failing when backed up with Chairmens cash, something not likely to happen at Our fine club for a while
7.) Its estimated it would cost Leeds 2.5 million to get him, that money better spent on players.

I really don't think we need any one, hall, habibou, played some academy games so looks like we might actually give them some game time, we should stick to 4. 3. 3 formation with the same players and we got a good Bench as well got a good felling about reaching play off looks like were going to give it everything Leeds ls6

Heard a great rumour today that Leeds won 4-0, don't believe it though, some people will make anything up
1.) Mate it's a FACT
To be fair to 49er's when it was announced it will have been in the middle of the night, could be why its not on their web site
Ross is new captain, nailed on to go to Norwich now, why can't we make Varney, Pugh or Brown captain

Think we need to sort defence out first, then midfield, think we have forwards that can score if a) they stay on the pitch, or b) they get decent service.
