Hearing as I'm sure a lot of you are that poleon has had his contracted terminated as he wants to go find first team football. If it's true I personally think it's a shame, talented boy with pace. Could have given him a run in the team to see if he can hack it, not 10 mins as a sub here and there!

Hope not, the kid has never been given a proper chance, must be frustrating when he watches hunt(terrible terrible player) and morrison(not has bad has hunt but doesn't care one bit for Leeds) get in before him and the new kid ajose come straight in from no where, this may come back and haunt us IMO, especially if no fee for him, don't get MC sometimes he won't go the few extra £ for quality but let's players leave for nothing without replacements in? Pressure is on now because hunt and Morrison are only going to get worse.

To get a decent run in the first team you have to perform in the reserves and he NEVER pulled any trees up in the games I saw or read about I'm afraid ;(

Never really rated him tbh, the only reason that ending his contract is a bit worrying is that we lack forwards. Think I would have waited till we have signed someone else. In the long run don't think we'll miss him though.

Against Dundee Utd (who were terrible) he came on and done more than hunt has done in 13 months of being a Leeds player, I'm not saying he's great but a lot better than hunt who gets more chances than any other player in other team in any other league ever, like I said pace, energy, goals.

He needs or needed a season long loan in a lower league to gain confidence and play week in week out instead of the 7 games he played for bury and 7 for sheff utd.

Would certainly play him ahead of Hunt but agree with other comments that for me he's never quite shown the finishing quality and team work that we need to fight our way out of this division. He would be a very good League 1 player.

When he came on against millwall I think he livened up the team and added genuine pace. Not saying he will set world alight but seems better than hunt and as good as the others (apart from Smith) who we have, we have one of the smallest squads in the league and rather than bringing players in we are letting our betters ones go, after the season has opened! did MC learn english by watching Falwty towers?

Take on all your points guys. Agree it wasn't as though he was scoring bag fulls in the reserves. But as everyone points out, other players Morrison, varney, hunt were all picked in favour of him. And he couldn't have done worse than them. Anyway nothing official on os yet. So still speculation.

I must admit whenever I saw him he did liven up the team. Had an impact on other players mentality. Which is more than I can say about. Hunt. Morrison. Or smith tbh! Not saying he is better but just added a bit of belief to other players!
Same with byram. Whenever I see him on tv he is norm our best or second best and he is academy leeds. I would rather try and keep him than any other current member of our team. Show the boy we want him and he will turn in to a batty. Smith. Player for us
