Radz has set the target of Prem in 5 years but hopes to do it in 3. Thoughts?

It's maximum 5 years I think - he clearly wants to do it sooner but not about to go making silly promises.

I think he wants up this year but doesn't want to put pressure on himself or the team. Smart move to be under-confident. It's this year I recon. Come on Leeds MoT
