Such fine margins! Ayling should score to bring us level then they go up the other end and get a third. We need two keepers, neither are the standard needed for this division and their basic individual errors have been to blame for the majority of the losses. So tight in this division but I don’t think Radz is a man to swing the axe so early in the season. God I hate losing but there was effort throughout (lonners aside) and we looked a lot better with Roofe up top. We need a complete spine in January Keeper, Centre Back Midfielder and ‘mobile Striker’

Grot and lassoga are not what we need or want. Quick, mobile and brave. Think off anyone ? 😂😂❤️

Sorry classof92 but AR needs to swing the axe now, TC has shown that he cannot motivate this team or change things, we cannot even get a draw from games.

Hi Mezzer my belief is Radz is not the type of guy to swing the axe, he talks about ‘the project’ being a long term strategy. That being said MORE chairman would fire than not based upon this form. Personally I wouldn’t yet, Guardiola would struggle with our keepers and I agree I don’t think he got to choose them that’s Victor Orta’s group. We are not being overrun in games it’s just a perfect storm of normally star go to players Ayling, Jansson having a huge drop in form. Coupled with mad stupid ridiculous errors why did Phillips need to make that challenge. Not my money (but I do feel for our fans who traveled) and IF Radz is thinking long term he will know where he needs to improve and I believe he will do that in Jan. Whether TC remains couldn’t be certain but I think he will be given more time.

Mezzer, can’t agree, the changes at half time were on the mark. Motivation isn’t the issue, he does however revisit the ploy of trying to sucker their back line to play forward in order to hit them on the counter- that’s just not working as we risk too much by messing around in front of our own goal! We tried building up and hitting quick, successful but has been sussed, this latest ploy just isn’t working. TC will get it sorted. He has a week to change it up - let’s hope he uses it to good effect👍🏻

Gayle (or similar) is what we need come January unless Roofe is played upfront and finds his form in this division. Have we seen the last of Lassoga? Stats show his lack of all round contribution but the missed chance was the final nail in his coffin, pity, he promised so much. I think Grot is a better option but not right now. He needs a long run in the reserves to get his head and his shooting boots working. Lonergan, today, was at fault and cost us the match but this is not a knee jerk reaction. We need a young talented keeper to bed himself in. whether that is in January or next summer and whether it is BPF or from outside, I will leave to the powers that be but certainly a strong keeper will do wonders for our defence and therefore our goal difference stats.

I hear what you are saying classof92, and agree AR is building for the long-term. I do like TC as a person and From the reports AR was impressed with his tactical Knowledge during his interview for the Leeds job. We all thought he was the real deal from our start. But lately he seems to no answers as to how to halt the slide. Yes agree some blame should be laid at Ortas door for his recruitment . Players that were playing well at the start of the season are now looking poor and lacking confidence and as coach this is TCs job to sort. We can hope that giving him more time might change this and I would love to think he can turn it around. But in my opinion I just don't see this happening . TC just says we are making mistakes, but what is he going to do to change this.

Really good points Mezzer I think the only thing TC can do before January is look to use what he has which we know is limited. I can see a coach has to show loyalty to his team but I think even TC must have realised he needs to change things. Of course that means the likes of Klich, Nessie and Dallas back in BUT even then that may mean more difficult days but then any new coach would face the same dilemma. But then there’s always the new Coach lift that teams often experience such as Leicester, but then Crystal Palace probably thought the same. It’s a gamble but I’m still for keeping TC myself.

Class Agree on the spine but that will mean further transfer fees of 20m.

Tactical knowledge what tactical knowledge this man dose not have any ideas whatsoever, he looks lost and never seems to know what to do, He. got the job because he gave a good interview on monk matches he lost and where he was going wrong, now he can’t do it himself, he’s a man in the wrong place at the wrong time and all those who say stick with him better be praying we don’t go down and I have to say this may happen, then where will you all be, still singing TC name.

Classof92,have taken on board your measured arguement and agree you make a lot of sense, also I've called down a tad since yesterday. Agree that AR will probably stick with TC for the time being and not a great deal that can be done until the next transfer window opens. No one deliberately sets up to fail, but there has been something drastically wrong with our recruitment of players. If this is solely down to Ortas policy of buying young so-called bargain buys from abroad that may or may not be stars for the future. TC needs input into recruitment as the policy of sourcing players and giving them to a coach to coach is not working. If he understands the championship then he needs to buy players who are good enough to play in this league. Otherwise what chance does he or anyone else have?
