What a difference a couple weeks can make, 2 weeks ago we were all very worried as not brought anyone in and rumbling of Clarke to be sold.
Then last week we have a mad influx of white, costa, Harrison, couple of young's ones and Clarke coming back on loan, all very positive
Then this week, Pontus going for crap low fee and now talk of roofe and Phillips, this is madness.
We are all long time passionate fans and all praying for promotion.
I feel Pontus sale is crazy as top defender but just hoping they will re invest his fee to another CB as looking short.
I hope like some have said that another club comes in from prem for him, don't fancy facing brentford with him in team and if we could get more for him?
I hope we keep KP and also go for the Croatian and back up, but saying that if 20-30 mil offered, I would happily take it as long as reinvest in holding MF, he is good but not 30mil good.

To be fair, there has been talk of Clarke, Phillips, Roofe and Pontus going all season. Bermo told us of Spurs interest in JC last Autumn. Nothing new there. Players and their agents in particular always looking to explore and engineer opportunities . Bielsa is the major attraction the club has to offer at the moment, players have to want to play for him and in the way he asks or go, simple as that. Bielsa kept most of the players on board all last year. Given the way it ended, not surprising it could have created doubt in some minds. Bielsa 2 was always going to be harder, the players have to believe in it and up for it, Saiz isn’t, Pontus it seems wasn’t and perhaps some of the others too! This could well be Bielsas last crack at delivering success in a league rather than just good football or being a coaching guru. For me he deserves that opportunity and he has to do it his way or we might have well got rid and gone for a new boss!

Spaniard Got a feeling we're going to be stuck with Saiz until January which also shows the grave error we made by permitting his temporary departure. He failed to perform well enough abroad but had he stayed here and maintained some form he could have left this summer no problem. We are also currently being unrealistic about him. There's a loan offer we've turned down but who in right mind going to offer him permanent deal with his ongoing issues? We still have these unattractive traits of cutting our nose to spite. I believe the Qataris will put a stop to that practice once they takeover.

I think we were trying to be kind to him and get rid in December, we should probably have sold him last summer. I suspect we will agree another loan in the end just to keep him out of spitting distance!

You’ve been pretty consistent with Quatari takeover George, would be amazing what’s your hunch on timings? This season?

If the Qataris are coming in with millions why are we selling everyone as though we have no money? I’m sure we could still sell them in January if we needed to.
