How about give it all a chance? Let everyone judge, only after results. Talk about slaughtered before he enters the arena. I raised an eyebrow, but I am always willing to give people time to prove themselves at whatever they do. As for the 'pathetic little FGR man' comment. Some fan you are

ALI LUFC -Whilst I do agree with your sentiment regarding selling our best players in the past; football is a commercial business and whether we supporters like it or not, players will be sold to the highest bidder. Every team does this and then most reinvest. We are just used to our club selling and then little, if any reinvestment unfortunately. The tide of change could well be here.Let us see what the summer brings before we judge. Just a thought

ALI LUFC -Where I don't disagree with your statement, unfortunately everyone has their price. Football, whether we like it or not, is a commercial business. The vast majority of teams ultimately will sell their best players to the highest bidder. The difference being, is the appetite of the club to reinvest that money, which is something that Leeds have not done in a long, long time.
1.) True. The problem is it never is invested back into the team. Even if it is, it's a gamble whetehr the replacement is going to be able to handle the pressure of expectation and gel in the team quickly or not? Unfortunately this gamble never seems to pay off for leeds e.g becchio and Morison, snodgrass and varney, gradel and Pugh, Johnson and Kilkenny for brown. While 10 million might seem like a sensible offer for Ross, he is worth more than to that leeds for the simple reason that we know he is good enough for leeds and can handle playing for our club.

Do you think the Real Madrid manager, Liverpool, Man U managers etc earn anywhere near their top earners in their teams? I suggest not. Give DH a break and let's just see how the season shapes up. I'm guessing you wouldn't be happy to take £80k per year to do a job you had any passion for? Ridiculous comment

He has already stated that money is available for transfers, has he not? So this money from RM will help buy back the stadium. He says he will buy it back, people moan, if he didn't buy it back, people would moan. At least he is being proactive and investing in the team, buying the stadium and paying off debts. Give the bloke a chance
