I quite like the job that Aaronson has done thus far at 10 and Gnonto could shift there, maybe even Rothwell too.

Midfield looks like Ampadu, Gruev, Tanaka, Rothwell, Aaronson and Crew, for two spots. (Obviously Ampadu is a candidate to slide into cb and Aaronson to 10) .

I'm just thinking, from a small sample size, Aaronson looks like he can start at 10 in the CH at least. Personally, if the right deal isn't there, I'd be content with Tanaka (done) and Schmidt in.

Think a 10 is a luxury rather than true need at present.

Personally, I feel that a natural number 10 is the difference between battling for a top two spot, and pretty much guaranteeing one. I'd have also preferred Sallai over Hamer.

I'm not sure what you all see in BA, he's to small and has not a lot of physical presence, gets knocked off the ball with a feather . Willy on the other hand looked good fitting into that spot last game, albeit against a weak team.

Aaronson 10 or inside forward off the right. Don't think he'll be in contention for a midfield spot.

And definitely like BA at 10 when we want to enforce a high press on teams that aren't great at passing out. Very effective there.

Mentioned before but I'd hope DF is open to rotating the 10 dependent on who we face.

Do think the 10 spot will be Gnonto's this season, though, and BA will likely be cover for the aforementioned areas as the s3ason progresses.

What no Sallai! No Hamer either!
No surprise there.
