Steve McLaren rumoured to be looking to buy a football club with Leeds one of the possibilities. Hence why he was seen at the Cardiff game at ER. I personally hope not but if the money was right would AR sell?

He was there as a guest of Paul Butler, while he was still a coach. He can only be a front man for a syndicate tho I'd have thought?

He is reportedly fronting a consortium, but does anyone know who is part of the money men ?

No Corky but it's fairly obvious to work out. Having bought back the ground he will want to show 2 to 3 years' gate receipts without deductions or rental payments in order to maximize on superprofits or goodwill. That's where he'll drive up the valuation. He won't lose money on us when he sells.

Thats an accurate assumption unless he is offered big money now.

He will get more money selling a premiership team.

Whitey but of course. When a Leslie Silver buys us it is partly even significantly for love because he was local. Same might go for a Caddick, a Sykes, Healey or Meeson but when a billionaire Italian does it, it's not because they see the errors of their ways of eating olive oil drenched pasta and want to swap it for Yorkshire pud and steak n kidney pie and say "aye up" instead of bongiorno in morning. It's to make more denaros off an undervalued previously poorly managed giant. Proof of Radz culture gap and miscalculation is crestgate.
