This probably will divide opinion but I'm all for TC to stay and be given more of a chance. I can see the counter argument but for me let's see what he's made of. From his interviews and the start to the season we made he certainly isn't a mug in my opinion. Give him a few more games with the freedom to change things up or keep them the same if he sees fit without everybody getting on his back and let's what he can do. We've been in worse positions with better known managers.

Oleary. Bit confused why you want to give a few more games to change things. He had 8 recently and lost 7 of them. don't see the logic. We were playing well and now we are not. And we are not a lot. What diff can more games make? He has tried heaps of diff players and they are all failing. Or he is?

Think TC is on his last legs. When you play your best number 10 out of position you are clutching at straws. My take is we have too many players out of position and its telling. If we are not playing BJ bring Pearce in from U23s. let's get some balance back to the team. Put Alioski on the left where he should be. How will Sacko improve if he is sat on bench. Lassoga not doing anything so try Roofe, Cibbicki some one. let's hope Ekuban has something to show us when he comes back.

Unless there are injuries in the squad meaning there is no cover, i don't think anyone should ever be played out of position. how we can expect to get the best out of a player in the wrong position is beyond me. If there are holes in the squad in certain positions then they need to be filled by either promoting youth or recruiting players.

agree to most of you replies above, but what about dallas at left back, or wing back. to me anita hasn't shown any reason why he should start, apart from having pace, makes needless tackles/fouls. what we have lacked is an enforcer type midfielder to look after saiz, remember when we sign vinnie, his sole job was to protect strachan. i feel we had that man and should have kept dave to do that role.

for me we should line up attacking against boro as monk won't know what we are capable of attacking from his time at leeds, but if we play this sideways tappy football then monk will have a system in place. i think we should go with lonergan, ayling, pontus, cooper, dallas.

midfield shaugnessy holding then 3 of viera, o'kane, phillips, siaz in number 10 rloe, if fit ekuban, if not lassoga, and use some width to supply him.
