I think we need 3 - Keeper for me is a must need (get the heebie jeebies when the ball goes near wiedwald) - Lassogga does nothing so need to get rid and bring in a good old fashioned center forward type who can get a few - and a good experienced center half - top 2 could be a possible

The Wiedwald bashing really needs to stop, stats wise only Ruddy at Wolves is ahead of him. He is currently 4th in clean sheets, 2nd in clean sheet percentage. We concede 0.9 and score 1.75 with him in the team (only Ruddy tops that with 0.8 and 1.9) 1.8 conceded, 1.2 scored without him. Yeah ok he has had a couple of clangers but so did Green last season and Kasper a few before that. We need a proper LB that's priority 1. After that a ST so Grot can go out on loan and we can deal with the ekuban injury thing plus a CB to add depth would be good.

Great stats there Gummie - if only football was played on paper he'd be a star - but he does make mistakes and doesn't instill confidence and that can only rub off on the defenders - he's a weak link and promotion teams don't have weak links at the back

He's in a Leeds shirt. Like rads says " marching on together ". Back him. Seems the players do.

Not the best keeper in the world but one of the best in this division. Is there one better than him available, don't think so. A lot of our goals against come from defensive mistakes, not just his. Its his first season in the English leagues so keep the faith guys. He is improving so i think he will get better.

Felix tends to play well when the back four are playing well, but does panic at times when the opposition are attacking. I will give him credit that he has after a bad period of form he has tried to put it behind him and has done reasonably well in the recent run. But we do need a better keeper if we do have ambitions of the premier league.

Fair point KRAY (though the real life events of the film Moneyball would disagree, even if its a different sport) but the funny thing about stats is that bad players might have good ones for a game or two but they won't have good ones over half a season. Is he good enough for the Prem? maybe not but we won't get a Prem quality keeper until we get promoted anyway and certainly no one is selling one for affordable money with affordable wages in the Jan window. Wiedwald is good enough to get us out of this league this season, even with the mistakes. A new LB will save us a lot more goals than a new GK right now as most of our conceded are from attacks down that wing.

{Ed001's Note - I would look into the events around Moneyball more closely mate, it was not like the film shows at all. Lots of articles around that point out how the film neglected to mention half the players, the big star hitters etc.}
