I have no worries about the latest injuries. I think Shackleton and Halme will be adequate replacements. In fact I think potentially they are going to be better than the players they are replacing.

Definitely excited about seeing them strip for this week's match. As the saying goes "If you're good enough, you're old enough. " From what I've seen so far, they are old enough.

I'd say that MB seems quitely optimistic about what we have in reserve, some seriously good academy produce and a few decent players all but recovered from injury all readying for the 2nd half of the season.

The only thing that worries me is we may have a squad that's capable of walking the walk in this league but I certainly don't think we have a squad that can really make inroads in the PL and if i'm being honest I wouldn't want promotion if we were to do a Huddersfield town.

If the intent is there then some serious money needs spending in the January window, not the summer, so that those players are ready for next season. Then again Bielsa is some what of a genius and we all thought we were going to get hammered against Stoke on the opening day so.

Yeah, Huddersfield have had it bad. Two seasons playing top flight football and will probably get relegated with over £100m in their bank balance.

The fact is you go up with the squad you have and you sign what quality you can afford in the summer window. Who would spend 100 mill or whatever in Jan. If you miss out on promotion your goosed and you will get better quality if you are playing premier league.
