Wouldnt jump the gun on this one just yet Wex, Silvestri looks like he could be on his way back to Italy with Verona and we are looking at loaning out BPF. If Green goes too we would only have one Keeper and I've yet to see anyone linked as coming in. Its all come from one 'source' I'd like to see a few more confirm before worrying.

I hope Green doesn't leave. He was star man in so many games last season and gained (or saved) so many points for us. This German dude must be one hell of a keeper if he is to dislodge England's No. 1

The plan with BPF seems to be to loan him out. As for the what his source has told him George I'm not saying its wrong per say rather that it might be getting taken out of context. Arsenal looked at Green and TC saying 'if they come in, we won't stand in your way' is making him available but not trying to force him out. It could just be that he has been told he will have to fight for the Num 1 shirt rather than we are actively trying to get rid. Just can't see him canning Green and Silvestri, if one has to go its surely less likely to be Green.

Gummie Agreed but when you make a former England number 1 available for transfer on the back of one of his best ever seasons it's tantamount to him going. There will be interest and as we've seen even from the PL albeit he'd be a bench warmer most of the time. I think TC is adopting out with the old in with the new approach. So far as BPF is concerned it can't be coincidence that Oldham through John Sheridan I believe rejected the opportunity to take BPF on a season long loan on same day the Green rumour surfaced.

i wouldn't be surprised if Green hooked up with the snake (not George) again at the 'boro. He had a great season last year working with snakeman and wouldn't be surprised if he went for a repeat performance. If Green and Silvestri both leave and the new lad turns out to be poor we will be kicking ourselves letting Stockdale slip through the net.

I'm not sure if any of you have seen but pictures were posted on Leeds' twitter of training, green wearing number 1 jersey, wiedewald in 13 and silvestri in 12. This was just a few days ago, make of it what you will buy it suggests s lot to me.
