Okay this won't go down well but I don't think redders staying is ideally the best thing let's face it no way did MC think he would stay and I can see this being a story that is going to rumble on and cause distraction because cellino clearly doesn't want him there plus how awkward is it going to be with uwe and the first team players. I hope I'm wrong but this is leeds and a drama is never far away

At what point did MC not want him there in that role? Why would he have included it in his contract? Let's not go looking for trouble - we generate enough of that as it is. NR is not a fool and neither is MC (although more than a little eccentric ) let's just hope they can get along and keep producing from the lower ranks😃

Maybe NR applications for Managers position elsewhere have so far proved to be fruitless hence the decision (just saying) as he stated at the moment i'll carry on from 1st July, sounds a bit open to me.

It takes a big man to swallow his pride and return back to the role he was doing before being head coach (whatever the underlying reasons) so fair play to Redders. However, it takes a bigger man to support the current regime irrelevant of how you feel about not keeping the head coach role. Time will tell if Redders plays ball however under Milanic and Warnock he was not supportive, any repeat of that and he should be asked to move on

Don't want to sound like I'm negative but at the stage last season we was being linked with all sorts of decent players we didn't get them! we still have no head of recruitment so it's on cellinos say so who comes in expect more 2nd tier Italians and a summer of frustration. He's been ding this for 20 odd years he's not going to change his ways now
