I honestly would push the boat out on Hamer, but doubt we will, esp if we land Tanaka. Tanaka is very well respected and rated highly; I’m surprised no one else has snapped him up since we tried last season.

Reckon we could get Hamer for less than £18m. Similar situation to Bogie, player wants to go so all Wilder can do is get best price. so meet in the middle, £15.5m should do it?
