We'll have play 3 games by then. 2 of which we might have a chance in, with the right signings. Makes me laugh though (and I'm as guilty as anyone) , we get linked with players that, let's face it, most of us have never heard of and all of a sudden we absolutely have to have them, then they sign for someone else and it's a disaster! We probably need to trim. the squad a bit to be fair to the board. Harrison, Geldhart, Greenwood. I actually think we got away with one with Diarra but time will tell. I'll have changed my opinion on all this by tomorrow of course. Nothing so fickle as a football fan.

Let me ask a question?
Would it be more beneficial for Leeds to get transfer business done early or wait until a few weeks into the season?
I think we all agree that this coming season might be tough so it would make sense to me anyway to have the majority of incoming and outgoing transfers done asap.
Obviously it’s not as easy as it sounds but we need another SEVEN signings with a definite 4 of them being starters. GK, CF, 8/ 10 and a Solomon replacement.
I rate Ramazani but I’m not sure DF does.
Seven signings is a minimum as well.

Totally understand what you're saying Corkey. For me, this season particularly, it's about getting the right players, who improve the starting team, at the right price and equally as importantly the right mentality and character to hack it playing for Leeds. We've fallen foul too often making signings for signings sake, and that approach is still biting our financial butts!
