So the pundit of the century, the one and only (thank god) Rio Ferdinand has predicted that Farke will be the first manager sacked. We seem to live in his head!

A few bookies have him as the first manager sacked, but I can't see it. If the team performs poorly he will be out by Xmas, no doubt, but I can't see us performing poorly.

Don’t think it will be Farke. I’m guessing first will be about beginning of October. Don’t forget we exhausted our pref managers and nobody wanted the job. Bit like the attacking signings really. And that was when we were champions with 150 mill to spend.
If we sack Farke it will likely mean we have started poorly and next to no points. Very attractive proposition. Maybe a semi successful champ manager. Anyway. Enough of looking on the bright side.

Well Feath there are a fair few of em, Gobby and Mr Robinson especially who revel in slating us. Now I am sure there are people on this site who are as informed about football as they are, but of course they don't get paid for their opinion! That is all it is, they don't have a crystal ball, just opinion and they never give reasoned explanation as to why they say what they do, they just seem to love the notoriety of infuriating fans. Plus of course their go to default is bash Leeds. Large portions of egg on face please.

I don't think Farke will be the first sacking. Love or loathe out board they are not reactionary. There will be a club or twoexpected to do ok that underperform early on and one of those managers will be the scapegoat. Who's got the Brentford job? Tempted to put a quid on him.
