{Ed's Note - Ed001 has posted a new article entitled, Leeds United v Liverpool - A Quick Liverpool Perspective

Stirred the pot to get a move to Saudi. Caused disruption in the team and ruined his legacy through childish behaviour. You may have been the best in the past, but not today.

If you truly love the club as a player with such high standing, you back the manager especially when the club is in such disarray.

{Ed001's Note - again someone totally missing the whole point of what is going on. He is being forced out of the club and doesn't want to go to Arabia, it is Liverpool trying to push him out of the door that he is objecting to. They agreed a 2 year contract and then a few months later decide to try and force him out. The manager has made a mess of handling this, just ignoring him and not talking to him. The last thing Salah has done is stirred the pot to get a move to Saudi! He rejected hundreds of millions of pounds last year to move there in order to stay at Liverpool, he does not want to leave the club and he is objecting to being forced out of the door.}

Inclined to agree with Ed1, by leaving him out for a few games they knew he would probably go public with it as I think he did with Klopp.
It makes it very difficult for him to come back now with media and pundits saying he’s gone too far.

Financial reasons quite likely at front, current form is debatable but there’s no taking away that he is a fantastic footballer.
These kind of situations mid season are not good for a football club, without doubt badly managed.

Thought the article was a very good appraisal of the game, I never watched it live but when watching it back, I was shocked just how poor the centre of Liverpool defence was without Gravenbach being in the holding shielding position.

Konate is definitely reckless but Van Dick is so far below previous levels and rather than leading by example seems to be moody and looking to blame anyone but himself.

Was very surprised Liverpool let Quansah leave as I thought he looked a strong prospect.

As a Leeds supporter am delighted with a draw, but agree with the posters article Slots decision to sit back at 2-0 afforded us that now or never opportunity.

{Ed001's Note - Quansah was awful, think Konate but slower. And thank you.}

Ed, why are Liverpool forcing him out now when they only just gave him a new contract? Do they want to cash in?

{Ed001's Note - yes, it seems they used his desire to stay to get him to re-sign so they could cash in, rather than because they were keen to keep him. Hence the upset as he doesn't want to go.}

Spent too much on Isak from Newcastle.
Now trying to cash in on him. Shame we can’t afford him.

Tbh I thought it was a poor review and a bit over the top to mot feedback.
Salah has been amazing. Brilliant striker.
Slot seems reasonable.
If Liverpool gave new contract to salah to up his value then that’s just business.
For either to winge in the real world is just childish.

Don’t play. Force a transfer. Don’t pick a player. Sell.
Maybe even talk to each other.
I also thought the report was quite negative on Leeds performance. It was slot and liverpools fault for drawing. Nothing to do with our never say die attitude.

What he did was unprofessional. Joseph got shat on for how he acted. Bamford played the professional game and while he was treated like turd he kept professional.

Spilling his purse all over ER was the wrong place and time to get the frustrations out.

Maybe there's more to what's going on in the background than not playing Salah because they don't like him.
