Just wanted to put this out there to you all; Rob Burrows the great man he is, who once wore the colours of Leeds Rhinos and Leeds United has died aged 41. Some of us including me think that football is the be all and end all of life, well today’s passing of a true legend should underline that it isn’t. After this season there will be another, then another and well past when you and I are gone there will be many more. So happy days are here let’s love them with our family and enjoy them and come what may, football in the true meaning of life, takes a back seat every time, no matter what league we are in! God bless you Rob Burtows ?❤️.

Just read that he passed. Very sad. MND an absolute terrible condition kills you from the inside. I knew Rob had it but only just saw his deteriorating figure on recent photos.

He was a giant when he played and a legend when he retired.
Left a mighty hole in all those who knew him especially his true, true Friend, Sir Kevin and the most loyal, unsung hero his wife Lidsey. RIP.
