I have been attending Leeds' matches for forty years. I would struggle to remember a more inept and clueless performance. If we had lost to a team that played particularly well I could have some sympathty, but it was in my view a very ordinary Brighton team that we made look worldclass!

Can only agree the worst thing was that Brighton did look very ordinary and we should never have been 4-0 down. Cannot understand the logic of Coyle starting at right wing. He may have played there before but all his football recently has been at right back he or Beradi should have started there and Carayol on the right wing. Defence far too slow and Silvestri must come for those corners, the ball ended up in our six yard box yet no challenge from the keeper.
Somehow we need a mass clear out problem is most are still under contract this summer, I would only keep Taylor, Cook, Mowatt, Coyle, Bridcutt and Dallas the rest can go we have no pace at all in the side that must be a priority for whoever is manager, I feel sorry for my Two lads who I have inflicted this bunch on over the last few years, at least I saw some glory, they have only seen a joke club, managed and controlled by clowns. It really is embarrassing to be a Leeds fan at the moment.

We have pace though mark but some reason he doesn't play them n I agree should of played coyle rb and carayol.

Throw Erwin and Diukara into the mix. If they can cause enough problems in the box possibility that Cook or Dallas could nick a goal. Think we are highly unlikely to score more than one so defence will need to be on top form.

Whilst I am on a roll thought I would share my views on our lack of goals. Whilst not a massive fan of Doukara he is hitting the net pretty regularly and as was the case on Saturday converted our only shot on target into a goal. I think Wood has goals in him, but he desperately needs the ball to be moved to him from a more central position, ideally chest height or below and no more than a few strides in front. For a big chap I am not overly impressed with his ability in the air and as we all know he ain't exactly Usain Bolt! I feel that Antenucci should be played just behind the front two in an attacking midfield role. He has the skill and I feel could do a job and make up for the lack of manoeuvrability from our current from two. Anyway just a thought, just going off to put a crease in the shell suit in readiness for tomorrow's game!

Seen that there are a few newbies coming through, so thought I should stop lurking and take the plunge. Living in London but have followed the mighty whites for over 40 years. Funnily enough feeling quite optimistic at the moment. Think that the Lardmaster given time could craft a pretty fine team. However if we get stuffed on Tuesday I will probably revise my current optimism!

Evans would have probably got us to mid-table, however at the moment I would probably be haapy with that. Is it just me or does the Monk come across as being insipid and generally uninspiring. I don't think we are promotion candidates, however I do think we are better than our last two performances.

We could have played all day and not scored! I'm afraid that despite our defensive frailties it will be an ongoing lack of goals that will be our downfall. If the best option available to us is Doukara I think it could be a very difficult season.
