As another day passes are we going to sign anyone? So can someone tell me were AR'S investment is because I can't see any sign of it at the moment. Every other team have dine there business and we're still speculating who we might be interested in ( might being the word) I don't think anything has changed at all its like every other transfer window it will pass without any meaningful activity.

If we lose a centre back to suspension or injury and then pick up a second injury in that position we will suffer big time so come on MC and AR get your fingers out and strengthen the squad.

Cant see us making any major signings. AR said no big spending in this window. Frustrating but hope a couple come in. Just hope it is investment and not investors.

If we had won on Saturday i'm sure we wouldn't be that fussed if we didn't buy anybody. Our midfield is sorted and there is plenty of cover. Woody is scoring, but we need another goal scorer. If Taylor stays and when fit along with Pontus and Coops we have cover. If we beat forest on Wednesday, then we're back on course. Do we go shit or bust in a transfer window where let's face it there ain't much going or leave Monk to it?

I see your point Martyn but I trust Monk totally. He will get the right players at right price, if they're available. Its pretty obvious we need a CB a wide left player and a striker but I'd rather the right players then a player just to fill them positions. Still time?

He would Ed but a backup CB is needed as the regular two are playing outstanding. Don't think he'd be too happy in that role at Leeds top player he is.

My point is its getting muddy and colder and typically it's the time of year you pick up more injuries than when it's dry and we are a bit thin on the ground. If woody gets injured ( touch wood it won't happen) no punt intended then are we back to Duke as target man?

I'm actually coming round to your point of view Martyn. Never much quality around in January but I know what we will all be saying in May if we sign nobody and just miss out on the playoffs

i am certain we will make the playoffs. just worried we will lose in them again. i don't think my heart could handle another play off loss. that said, amazing we are talking about playoffs, not another dead season or relegation.
