Think it's time to drop bianchi this weekend, just don't see what he offers! Not a great range of passing, no goal threat, often let's his man drift past him and is hardly strong in the tackle. What exactly does he bring to the team?

Maestro

1.) Agree with that Maestro I don't really see what he does and seen him in all bar 1 home games and you can easy make a case for dropping a few more (Pearce, Doukara for sure and maybe time to rest Cook or Adryan, I would use Adryan as an impact sub as we are away).

We have got to stop people coming at us so easy away from home. It has been a bad couple of weeks for us on/off the pitch and it is pissing me off.

Away from home you have to stay in the game, play ugly sometimes, dig in and at some point if you do that the home team will give you the odd chance, could be time to pay 1 up front away from home, we need points/confidence and I just don't understand our 2 performances after the Derby win when we looked pretty solid- weird.

2.) These next few games will be a test of the manager to see whether he can identify the shortcomings people os system. I would certainlynot be averse to a few changes along the lines you have suggested with a tighter/conservative approach away from home, fresh legs and a protection of the kids.

3.) Give Bianchi some midfielders that can dominate every week and he'd do just fine, atm he's being made to work overtime due to the kids that can't dictate nothing.

Stats show Bianchi is by far our best midfielder. I'll share one with you. Last weekends games saw Bianchi top the leader board for most attacks broken down (14) more than any other midfielder (source = news now)

Only stats I'm interested in are goals scored/conceded, like to think I can form my own opinion after watching a match. If you think bianchi has been our best midfielder by far then I can't agree. Better than mowett, seriously!

5.) Well the article I viewed suggest otherwise. More tackles, more touches, more passes and equal amounts of assists as Mowatt. i'm not a Yorkshire man so I have no local bias

6.) 17 Dec 2014 09:35:01
Bianchi is sound would be better with Sloth alongside in away games. Said all along we can't play Cook every game without his form suffering for it. Mowatt good going forward but no midfield general and needs two solid players behind him if we are playing Adryan as well

7.) Maybe we haven't looked as solid since Derby game becos Pearce came in? Coincidence? I think not.

Fresh start, new season and we play the same defence and midfield as last season with Noal hunt. We get rid of over 10 players and bring in 7 or 8, what was the point? Amazed by the team selection, it beggers belief. How many chances do they get?

Maestro

The Coach(manager) and players brought in are unproven at this Level, combined with some of the players that we have , and some of them struggled in the Championship last season, we are in for a bumpy ride. Chris Burkes goal yesterday was a prime example of the type of free players we should have been signing.

With byram and mowett established in the first team squad, which of the following youngsters do you think has the best potential to be our next star? Taylor, killock, Skelton, Cook, Dawson, Phillips or Walters

Maestro

1.) 06 Aug 2014 13:26:25
I can see dawson and cook being great players. Taylor showed he could be good whilst at fleetwood last year. I think dawson looks the most promising for next season but career wise lewis cook

2.) I think Taylor has a good opportunity with left back up in air, warnocks days could be numbered, berardi is more comfortable at rb, allows byram a more attacking pos. Cook and phillips look class.

3.) Forgot Dawson who is quality but I get the impression hock is old school in regards strength which he lacks

4.) 06 Aug 2014 14:03:10
Cook

5.) 07 Aug 2014 01:38:04
Dawson is too lightweight at the moment, technically he's brilliant but he won't hack it in the Championship! Cook looks like a brilliant prospect but this season may just be too soon for him!

Just wondered which players (if any) would you still be willing to let go? Personally kenny, Wootton, Thompson, Morrison and hunt

Maestro

1.) Agree with all of those plus Norris

2.) Yes right morison norris hunt but mc likes 2 of them maybe he wants to play cause of the 30ka week for aload of rubbish

Does anyone know why robbie mcdaid is not in Italy

Maestro

1.) Not championship standard

2.) 05 Jul 2014 10:12:29
will be in youth team first before he gets a chance i

3.) Mitchell8
As McDaid has played all his young career in Ireland how do you know he's not championship standard?

4.) Don't be silly Andy. He barely played in Ireland. He'll need to do well at youth level first. We need proven goal scorers if were to get anywhere next season.

5.) Represented Irealand u21s so he must have played well SOMEWHERE?
