Sory DAVID not the man for the job - a team like leeds needs quality experienced manager Malky Mckay Tony Pullis Tim Sherwood anyone would be better sorry but true

{Ed013's Note - Those mentioned above, I imagine, wouldn't work as a puppet and would want their own players. We have to get used to football "nobody's" whilst Cellino is here unless he changes his ways. He needs a right hand man that knows the Club and league inside out to advise him otherwise it will only get worse. I feel for Redders if he gets the job as it will end up with him on the scrapheap}

1.) ED
Although worrying I've got to agree.
I'm baffled why so many people like Sherwood? Great player but NO management experience to talk about until last year, he might work out but he's not tried and tested at this level.

{Ed013's Note - He is a decent coach, but has no experience of the Championship. It hurts to say it, but to work with Cellino's policy it is going to have to be someone like Zolas to get the team playing and gel all these signings with what we already have}

I don't have a problem with Zola, Vialli, Carbone, at least they have a pedigree. I think it will be non-english as the continental coaches are used to working in these conditions.

3.) I totally agree with you Ed. I have some sympathy for Hockaday as new player are being added to his squad on a regular basis who aren't match fit or have experience at this level. Results are disastrous and we can't keep on in this vein, but if change has to happen, MC needs to think long and hard about his next appointment. All I want to see is the team playing decent football on the deck, solid in defence and creative in midfield; at least being able to compete for a spot in the top four or five. That, I think, is the very least that our fans deserve.

{Ed013's Note - Just think, the player that potentially cost him his job was one Cellino brought in, Bellusci}

4.) Zola
Although I think he's a good coach and played some lovely football, why did he walk away when things got tough at Watford?

5.) Agree with everyone and ed on this post, will be hard to get someone of pediegree but on the continet many coaches work this way. zola very good call, I think carboni could come back, and I can't speak for everyone but I like sherwood his record at spurs was as good as anyone and he was there for a while, he has had lots of experience as coach at top level. he spoke sense in interviews and he is young so potential for groth. I don't think he would get he job but if he did I would be far more resonable and give him more time than hockaday. I like neil aspin, john sheiridan also mentioned might be worth a shot, same with neil redfern (but think he would get booted quickly). I hope MC goes for someone forgiern and gives them a chance, rudd hulit, zola, festa all might be decent don't really rate carboni as his record as coach/manager is as poor as hock's I think? let's get someone with some pedigree in where he was born not important to me just someone who has good record and has done something at some level. I got it sevn goran erikson. leeds lock up your daughters
