One week of transfer window gone and only thing of note is terminating Spence loan.
Not a great 7 days and maybe 49ers have no intent to push top 3.
I did think Spence was a good loan and when firing, a very good player but not seen it so far. not sure what's gone on and clearly Farke can't work with him, he is the manager.
Now we need a RB to go onto list, let's see how window pens out, but underwhelming so far.
Hope Cresswell gets a game today and we can sneak a win, could be tough one though.

I would like to see Cresswell today get a match. He hasn't got a sniff for so long. But there is a danger that he so rusty that he will make an error in what will be full bloodied fa cup tie. Can see farke starting with a mainly unchanged side. Maybe two changes.

Leave all the business to too late and then say the right deal didn’t come up. No matter who has owned the club recently that seems to be trend.
Unless owners and Farke are deluded, they must know we have minimal chance of top two ( minimal opti - not none ) , so they are gambling on play off luck. 25% odds. Nice.

Mate, patience, unlike our previous regimes, the 49ers tend to keep cards close to the chest. There will be movement I imagine.

Deals aren't made overnight lads. I'd rather take ablittle tine to get 2 or 3 right players than 5 wrong ones.

The negativity isn't helping anyone. Literally been a week out of a total of 4. Start moaning in Feb if we've not done any business ?‍♂️.

Of course I want to see us busy in the transfer window, then I also get fed up with ridiculous click bait linking us to all and sundry. (We’re a difficult crowd to please! )

However, with Mr Hammond still on the payroll I’m quietly optimistic of at least three additions (most likely loans) this window, two full backs and a back up CB, (I rate Cressy but DF obviously not fully convinced as yet) along with buying the Polish keeper would be nice.

Loans are always likely to be late in window as parent clubs hold on just in case.

C’mon guys.
Did we really extend Hammond’s contract for him to sit and twiddle his thumbs and pocket a tidy wage? I very much doubt our new owners are totally daft!?
“There you go Mr Hammond. Sit tight, do nowt, and when you’ve eventually left, we’ll blame you for our complete lack of activity…. ”.

Hope you all right and just need a bit of patience but I want it now.
Will stay positive that they’ll get the right players in, we not far away, may only take 2-3 incomings.
