Well trafford for burnley just shi housed isador twice and dived the right way twice where as our mes would of just sat down twice never saved a pen i think maybe baz can let me know lol.

When watching I knew mocking Meslier would be the response on here. Not the fact that two promotion rivals dropped points, not that we will end the weekend in the top 2 even if we lose, and could be 3 points clear, not that we have reliable goalscorers and not a forward who takes two bad penalties.

Thanks baz but brokers mez stats poor af the amount of times he let's poor goals in and sometimes just drops to his knee rather than dive and try save it he gives all his goal to aim at.

Yes I’ve never understood the dropping to the knees benefits. Especially when you’re 6 feet 6 inches tall! I also have never seen a goalkeeper do this as much as mes. Is it coached into him to do this? If it is, it’s certainly not working. I’m not going to even get into his penalty save stats with Leeds United, too ridiculous to even debate. Last season against Southampton, 2nd minute of the game, mes adopts the taking of the knee, and Adam Armstrong chips over him at the near post, game over!
