Which player, if injured, would give us the most worry? Who is difficult to replace.
For my money, at the moment, it has to be Joe Rodon. Playing out of his skin and bossing the back four.

Rodon.

Couldn't agree more. He's been such a commanding presence and he's definitely aleviated a lot of our worries when teams put us under the cosh.

My second choice would be Rutter. He's integral to pretty much every phase of our play, from tracking back and defending to creating further up the pitch, his hold up play and strength and ability to win freekicks in dangerous areas. Just needs to work on his composure levels when finishing.

Agreed Dilli. If it wasn' for his finishing?

Get him signed early in summer if we win promotion simple as.

Yes certainly Rodon. No real back up for the lad either.

Jimmy or Ampadu for me.
Jimmy often unplayable and Amps is such a steadying force.

No arguments to that, but like Dilli says, Gio has played a big role in our form too.

Both. Rodon and Rutter. Not much at all happens up front without rutters involvement.

Anyone who doesn't think Rodon isn't our most important player

perhaps rewatch Exhibit A a Rodon less Leeds United

Southampton vs Leeds United.
